Recordar que este l\u00ednea de ayudas va destinada a todas aquellas\u00a0entidades municipales que cumplan los objetivos de estabilidad presupuestaria y deuda p\u00fablica, y tengan un per\u00edodo medio de pago a proveedores que no sobrepase los 30 d\u00edas. Estos requisitos los cumple el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy seg\u00fan el Gobierno Local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de este Fondo, el Consistorio alcoyano\u00a0concertar\u00e1 un cr\u00e9dito con una entidad financiera para hacer dos proyectos y de esta forma si el Ministerio asume el 50% de la inversi\u00f3n de dos millones, al final de cada a\u00f1o pagar\u00eda la mitad de la anualidad correspondiente m\u00e1s los intereses del pr\u00e9stamo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n plenaria el portavoz de Comprom\u00eds, David Abad, ha calificado esta propuesta del Gobierno Central de electoralistas mientras que el popular Fernando Pastor ha destacado que siempre se critica al Ejecutivo de Rajoy &#8220;tanto si hace como no hace nada&#8221;, asegura.
