Avancen les obres a <strong>Rodes<\/strong>. I, segons l\u2019<strong>Ajuntament d\u2019Alcoi<\/strong>, ho fan a un \u2018ritme intens\u2019. L\u2019objectiu, que el futur\u00a0<strong>parc tecnol\u00f2gic<\/strong>\u00a0estiga acabat en un termini inferior a 12 mesos. La posada en marxa est\u00e0 prevista per a\u00a0<strong>2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquests moments, els esfor\u00e7os es centren en poder comen\u00e7ar a fer tancaments de teulada en la zona del que ser\u00e0 un dels salons polivalents del parc a finals de gener. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019est\u00e0 donant un impuls a la construcci\u00f3 del futur\u00a0<strong>Centre d\u2019Interpretaci\u00f3 Tur\u00edstica d\u2019Interior (CDTi)<\/strong>, segons ha explicat\u00a0<strong>Jordi Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, vicealcalde i regidor d\u2019Obres i Serveis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des del Consistori confien en que el projecte, una vegada en funcionament, posicione a la ciutat com a referent dins la Comunitat Valenciana. \u00abAquest complex est\u00e0 dedicat a l\u2019atracci\u00f3 i al manteniment del talent a la nostra ciutat, a la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019empreses, a la dinamitzaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica i a fer d\u2019Alcoi un referent de turisme d\u2019interior amb la posada en marxa d\u2019eixe CDT d\u2019interior a la prov\u00edncia d\u2019Alacant\u00bb, ha assegurat\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, alcalde de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordem que les obres van comen\u00e7ar al mes de novembre de 2021, per\u00f2 es van alentir per algunes complicacions. Es va haver de dur a terme l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de tot el material de fibrociment detectat a l\u2019\u00e0rea i que va culminar amb la retirada i tractament de 1.100 metres quadrats de cobertes i fa\u00e7anes,\u00a0aix\u00ed com\u00a080 metres de baixants d\u2019asbest. A m\u00e9s, van ser localitzats i neutralitzats un total de 18 artefactes explosius de la Guerra Civil\u00a0detectats a Rodes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El projecte total compta amb un pressupost de 12 milions d\u2019euros. D\u2019ells, set estan destinats a les obres centrals. Es sumen 2,1 milions per al CDTi i altres 2,3 milions d\u2019euros per a noves edificacions destinades a administraci\u00f3 i usos empresarials. Est\u00e0 cofinanciat per la\u00a0<strong>Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/strong>\u00a0-a trav\u00e9s dels Fons Europeus de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER)- i l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Alcoi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hui divendres hem parlat del projecte de Rodes i de com avan\u00e7a el mateix.
