Tamb\u00e9 hem parlat de <strong>la inversi\u00f3 que arriba a Alcoi<\/strong> per tal d&#8217;executar l&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 dels barris de Font Dol\u00e7a i Sagrat Cor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alcoi.org\/ca\/portal\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Alcoi<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>rebr\u00e0 finalment\u00a0<strong><span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">9\u20192<\/span>\u00a0milions d\u2019euros<\/strong>\u00a0per tal de portar a terme\u00a0<strong>la rehabilitaci\u00f3 dels barris de la Font Dol\u00e7a aix\u00ed com el Sagrat Cor<\/strong>. Aquesta quantitat\u00a0<strong>prov\u00e9 dels Fons\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Next<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Generation<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0i amb la mateixa\u00a0<strong>la ciutat ja suma una inversi\u00f3 de m\u00e9s de 21 milions<\/strong>\u00a0procedents d\u2019Europa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal recordar que en una primera convocat\u00f2ria,\u00a0<strong>Alcoi va obtenir 7,5 milions d\u2019euros per a la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests dos barris<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2,\u00a0<strong>at\u00e9s que les sol\u00b7licituds superaven \u00e0mpliament els imports inicials d\u2019ajudes previstes<\/strong>, es va decidir\u00a0<strong>ampliar la dotaci\u00f3 de fons procedents del Ministeri i de la Generalitat<\/strong>\u00a0en una segona convocat\u00f2ria. Amb aquesta \u00faltima\u00a0<strong>la ciutat ha rebut altres 1,7 milions d\u2019euros<\/strong>\u00a0segons la informaci\u00f3 facilitada pel Consistori.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El projecte a executar\u00a0<strong>contempla actuacions destinades a millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica<\/strong>\u00a0de 308 habitatges i 29 escales repartides en els dos barris amb la primera convocat\u00f2ria, a les quals ara se sumaran altres 66 habitatges i nou escales m\u00e9s. En\u00a0<strong>Sagrat Cor<\/strong>\u00a0s\u2019eliminaran barreres arquitect\u00f2niques existents, s\u2019ampliaran les zones enjardinades i es millorar\u00e0 la seguretat, eliminant recorreguts estrets i substituint la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3. En l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la\u00a0<strong>Font Dol\u00e7a<\/strong>, la reurbanitzaci\u00f3 se centrar\u00e0 no sols en l\u2019entorn pr\u00f2xim als habitatges, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en la part central on s\u2019agrupen els espais lliures, millorant les \u00e0rees recreatives. Finalment\u00a0<strong>es valorar\u00e0 la vegetaci\u00f3 existent en la zona<\/strong>\u00a0\u00ab<em>aquesta iniciativa pret\u00e9n incrementar el parc d\u2019habitatge p\u00fablic i contribuir, al mateix temps, a la regeneraci\u00f3 i revitalitzaci\u00f3 dels nostres barris, especialment aquells que presenten majors reptes. Aix\u00f2 s\u2019est\u00e0 aconseguint, en gran part, gr\u00e0cies als fons europeus que estem destinant a actuacions tan necess\u00e0ries com aquesta, en una zona urban\u00edsticament envellida, amb mancances estructurals, energ\u00e8tiques i d\u2019accessibilitat<\/em>\u00ab, apunta al respecte l\u2019alcalde;\u00a0<strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La proposta proposada per Alcoi a aquesta convocat\u00f2ria\u00a0<strong>ha sigut la tercera m\u00e9s valorada<\/strong>.
