Els esfor\u00e7os s&#8217;han de centrar a <strong>atraure noves empreses,<\/strong> per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en <strong>evitar que puguen marxar aquelles que no troben ara mateix cap opci\u00f3<\/strong> al nostre terme municipal per tal d&#8217;expandir-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des del Govern Local del PSOE asseguren que <strong>la nova bossa de s\u00f2l en la Canal Sud<\/strong>, que ha revelat<a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/alcoi-podria-tindre-una-area-industrial-nova-de-mes-dun-milio-de-metres-quadrats\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> l&#8217;estudi encarregat per aquest fi<\/span><\/strong><\/a> per l&#8217;Ajuntament i la Cambra de Comer\u00e7,<strong> \u00e9s la millor opci\u00f3<\/strong> i destaquen que <strong>s&#8217;obri una oportunitat per a la ciutat que no pot esperar<\/strong>. L&#8217;alcalde de la capital de l&#8217;Alcoi\u00e0 assenyala tamb\u00e9 que <strong>en el nou any seguiran fent-se passos en tres \u00e0mbits<\/strong> &#8220;<em>la Canal Sud \u00e9s una zona que ens obri les portes amb ind\u00fastries que siguen, des del punt de vista mediambiental, a ind\u00fastries no contaminants o de log\u00edstica<\/em>&#8220;, deia <strong>Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong> al respecte en COPE ALCOI. L&#8217;executiu municipal tamb\u00e9 posa la m\u00e0xima confian\u00e7a en qu\u00e8 a<strong>mb el nou\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">PGOU<\/span>\u00a0se solucionen les q\u00fcestions referides les restriccions paisatg\u00edstiques<\/strong> que ara mateix hi ha en punts com Pagos &#8220;<em>ac\u00ed, i en la zona del pol\u00edgon sud, es poden desenvolupar m\u00e9s de mig mili\u00f3 de metres quadrats per a zona industrial que completaria l&#8217;oferta que ara mateix t\u00e9 la ciutat<\/em>&#8220;, recorda el primer edil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De moment <strong>totes aquestes propostes queden en projectes<\/strong> i el sector empresarial confia que es facen realitat m\u00e9s prompte que tard. Organismes com <strong>la Cambra de Comer\u00e7 o\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">FEDAC<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0han demanat durant l&#8217;any passat solucions immediates en reiterades ocasions i esperen que no es demore l&#8217;impuls d&#8217;aquestes noves zones industrials per les quals vol apostar Alcoi de cara al futur\u00a0m\u00e9s\u00a0pr\u00f2xim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aix\u00ed est\u00e0 la situaci\u00f3 actual\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cal recordar que, tal com va contar COPE ALCOI a finals del passat any, <strong>la ciutat ha perdut una sisena part de les seues empreses del sector de la ind\u00fastria <\/strong>durant\u00a0l&#8217;\u00faltima d\u00e8cada.
