La not\u00edcia destacada de la jornada la trobem en el Partit\u00a0Popular, formaci\u00f3 que <strong>ha fet la seua valoraci\u00f3 sobre els resultats que ha revelat l&#8217;estudi<\/strong> per a definir s\u00f2l industrial de qualitat a Alcoi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els\u00a0<strong>populars<\/strong>\u00a0ja s\u2019han pronunciat sobre els\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/alcoi-podria-tindre-una-area-industrial-nova-de-mes-dun-milio-de-metres-quadrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resultats de l\u2019informe de cerca de s\u00f2l empresarial a Alcoi<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0que aquest dilluns presentaven l\u2019<strong>Ajuntament<\/strong>\u00a0i la\u00a0<strong>Cambra de Comer\u00e7<\/strong>. La seua posici\u00f3 \u00e9s clara. Donaran suport a la creaci\u00f3 \u2018urgent\u2019 de s\u00f2l empresarial en la\u00a0<strong>zona sud de La Canal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00ed ho han afirmat\u00a0<strong>Carlos Pastor<\/strong>, candidat popular a l\u2019alcaldia d\u2019Alcoi, i\u00a0<strong>Lirios Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, regidora de la formaci\u00f3. I \u00e9s que aquesta \u00e0rea que s\u2019ha trobat en l\u2019A-7 en direcci\u00f3 a Ibi, i que des de l\u2019Ajuntament pretenen destinar a projectes empresarials \u2018singulars\u2019, no \u00e9s una altra que la zona sud de La Canal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pastor ha mostrat el suport del partit a aquest projecte que pret\u00e9n ser una soluci\u00f3 a la situaci\u00f3 industrial d\u2019Alcoi. Aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, amb una condici\u00f3: que es comence a treballar \u2018immediatament\u2019. \u00abEl govern comptar\u00e0 amb el suport del PP, sempre que hi haja una voluntat clara i decidida per part del Consistori per a desenvolupar com m\u00e9s prompte millor aquesta bossa de s\u00f2l i sempre que es comence a treballar ja en l\u2019impuls d\u2019un instrument urban\u00edstic que ha d\u2019anar al marge del Pla General d\u2019Ordenaci\u00f3 Urbana\u00bb. Un pla, el PGOU, que, recordem, est\u00e0 pendent d\u2019aprovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda, per part seua, ha recriminat als socialistes que en dotze anys no s\u2019haja posat soluci\u00f3 a la creaci\u00f3 de nou s\u00f2l industrial i, assegura, aquest projecte \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica soluci\u00f3 viable. \u00abEn aquests moments no hi ha s\u00f2l industrial d\u2019una m\u00ednima qualitat que puga oferir Alcoi a les empreses ac\u00ed situades o a les quals puguen vindre\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I, en aquest sentit, Garc\u00eda ha explicat que\u00a0<strong>Pagos<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Cl\u00e9rigo<\/strong>, el projecte de\u00a0<strong>pol\u00edgon mancomunat<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>Santiago Pay\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0no s\u00f3n opcions viables. \u00abEns han marejat amb l\u2019opci\u00f3 de Pagos, amb informes de la Generalitat contraris i contundents i han estat esgrimint l\u2019alternativa d\u2019un s\u00f2l industrial mancomunat, que ha resultat inviable econ\u00f2micament\u00bb, afirma la regidora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des de l\u2019Ajuntament, no obstant aix\u00f2, asseguraven aquest dilluns que continuaran treballant en el desenvolupament d\u2019aquests projectes que els populars no valoren com una opci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui dimecres hem recordat que Cocentaina celebra dem\u00e0 la festa de &#8216;La Corriola&#8217;
