La construcci\u00f3 de nous habitatges no avan\u00e7a, gran part de les vivendes p\u00fabliques que estan buides necessiten ser rehabilitades, hi ha despreniments en edificis propietat de l’Ajuntament\u2026 El parc p\u00fablic d’habitatges d’Alcoi<\/strong> travessa un moment complicat.<\/p>\n

Des del Partit Popular<\/strong> denuncien la \u2018poca celeritat\u2019 d’Ajuntament<\/strong> i Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> per a rehabilitar habitatges perqu\u00e8 puguen ser utilitzats. I \u00e9s que, al novembre de 2020<\/strong>, el Govern local va anunciar que invertiria set milions d’euros<\/strong> en la construcci\u00f3 i rehabilitaci\u00f3 de prop de 80 habitatges p\u00fablics en el Centre i El Partidor. Aquests projectes, no obstant aix\u00f2, encara no s’han materialitzat. \u201cEstem farts d’anuncis que no porten a cap lloc\u201d, lamenta la regidora popular Amalia Pay\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Des de l’Ajuntament reconeixen que, hui dia, segueixen sense haver-se executat els set milions anunciats. No obstant aix\u00f2, l’edil d’Habitatge, Mar\u00eda Baca<\/strong>, va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 i assegura que s’estan realitzant avan\u00e7os. Part d’aquests diners anaven destinats a la construcci\u00f3 d’habitatges en la Placeta de Les Eres<\/strong> -en el barri de El Partidor. \u201cTenim el projecte redactat. Estem esperant l’informe de Cultura, ja que aquesta zona del centre d’especial protecci\u00f3. Pretenem poder licitar les obres abans que acabe l’any\u201d, sost\u00e9 Baca.<\/p>\n

Es refereix l’edil a 2022. No obstant aix\u00f2, la construcci\u00f3 d’aquests habitatges ja va ser projectada al maig de 2019 pels socialistes<\/a><\/span>. Assegurava Toni Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, alcalde d’Alcoi i candidat a la reelecci\u00f3 en les eleccions municipals d’aquell any, que anaven a encarregar el projecte d’execuci\u00f3 \u201cen breu\u201d i que tenien la intenci\u00f3 que \u201cles obres arrancaren a la fi d’any\u201d. Per a dur-ho a terme, estava previst utilitzar dos milions d’euros procedents d’una subvenci\u00f3 del Ministeri d’Habitatge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rehabilitaci\u00f3 de Sant Maure, 13<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pel que fa a les rehabilitacions, d’aquests set milions anunciats en 2020, una partida destinada a l’edifici n\u00famero 13 del carrer Sant Maure, que aquest passat dissabte -precisament- patia despreniments d’alguns rebles.<\/p>\n

No obstant aix\u00f2, insisteixen els populars, aquesta rehabilitaci\u00f3 tampoc est\u00e0 en marxa. \u201cL’edifici es troba en el mateix estat que al novembre de 2020, no s’ha avan\u00e7at un \u00e0pex. Ni tan sols est\u00e0 acabat el projecte definitiu\u201d, critica Pay\u00e1.<\/p>\n

En el cas de Sant Maure, 13 -igual que La Sardina, 14-, el projecte est\u00e0 redactat. Encara aix\u00ed, a causa de l’augment dels costos dels materials -explica Baca-, el concurs de licitaci\u00f3 va quedar desert. \u201cHem contractat un projecte de revisi\u00f3 i modificaci\u00f3 de preus i estem a l’espera de rebre’l en unes poques setmanes per a poder tornar a licitar-ho\u201d.<\/p>\n

156 habitatges p\u00fablics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alcoi \u00e9s la tercera ciutat de la prov\u00edncia amb m\u00e9s habitatges p\u00fablics. Aix\u00ed ho assegura la responsable en aquesta mat\u00e8ria, qui llan\u00e7a una dada: el parc p\u00fablic municipal compta amb 156 habitatges. A ells se sumen 220 propietat de la Generalitat Valenciana.
\nNo obstant aix\u00f2, els populars critiquen que el 30% d’aquestes vivendes de l’Ajuntament es troben sense utilitzar.<\/p>\n
