Se\u00f1alar que a 1 de enero de este a\u00f1o \u00a02014 Alcoy ten\u00eda 59.675 habitantes lo que revela que durante el 2013 la ciudad perdi\u00f3 430 personas, un descenso que es menor al del 2012 cuando perdi\u00f3 732 habitantes.\u00a0Las previsiones no son nada optimistas \u00a0de cara al futuro m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo ya que seg\u00fan el Instituto Valenciano de Estad\u00edstica en 2018 tendremos 58.000 vecinos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos los grupos pol\u00edticos han valorado la situaci\u00f3n y ha coincidido en que es alarmante. Desde la oposici\u00f3n por ejemplo Comprom\u00eds pide un estudio pormenorizado para ver las causas y analizar profundamente los datos. Desde el PP su portavoz Fernando Pastor se\u00f1ala que ellos ya advirtieron de la situaci\u00f3n en su momento \u00a0&#8220;las pol\u00edticas practicadas por el Gobierno durante esta legislatura suponen un freno para el crecimiento de la ciudad &#8220;, destaca. Como ejemplo ponen la actitud del Ejecutivo Municipal\u00a0ante la actuaci\u00f3n territorial estrat\u00e9gica\u00a0del grupo empresarial La Espa\u00f1ola o la redacci\u00f3n del nuevo Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana que califican de bajo perfil &#8220;no entusiasma a nadie&#8221;, remarca Pastor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo apuntar que esta situaci\u00f3n que se da en Alcoy no es tan acusada en otras poblaciones de la comarca como Cocentaina, que sigue por encima de los 11.000 habitantes perdiendo solo 39 en 2013, o Muro que ha ganado 52 personas m\u00e1s situ\u00e1ndose con m\u00e1s de 9.000 ciudadanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alcoy contin\u00faa perdiendo\u00a0poblaci\u00f3n y seg\u00fan el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (INE) la ciudad ha bajado de los 60.000 habitantes por&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":8700,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,125],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-9264","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-portada"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
