Este proyecto, seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n facilitada, c<strong>ontempla la mejora de la red viaria exterior, la urbanizaci\u00f3n de los espacios que quedan por desarrollar y gestionar la cesi\u00f3n de las dotaciones p\u00fablicas previstas en el Plan General<\/strong> a favor del Ayuntamiento de Cocentaina, que se corresponden con la edificaci\u00f3n de la citada nave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Consistorio de la Villa Condal detallaron el pasado mes de agosto que el \u00e1rea de Urbanismo, junto a los propietarios de estas industrias,<strong> llevan meses perfilando un proyecto<\/strong> que ahora ser\u00e1 remitido a la Generalitat Valenciana para conseguir los permisos oportunos antes de ejecutar la construcci\u00f3n de la mencionada zona verde. Estos tr\u00e1mites <strong>los realizar\u00e1n en la Conselleria de Pol\u00edtica Territorial, Obras P\u00fablicas y Movilidad as\u00ed como la Conselleria de Cultura y Patrimonio<\/strong> &#8220;<em>arranca\u00a0ahora una posibilidad preciosa para\u00a0reconvertir la zona en un espacio verde para el goce de la ciudadan\u00eda, con un edificio de grandes dimensiones a disposici\u00f3n del ayuntamiento y otro espacio donde, probablemente, se instalar\u00e1 una importante marca comercial&#8221;<\/em>, apunta la concejala; <strong>Eugenia Miguel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apuntar que \u00a0la edificaci\u00f3n correspondiente a <strong>la nave industria<\/strong>l, y <strong>a la vivienda<\/strong> que queda dentro del \u00e1rea de modificaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1n <strong>catalogadas con grado de protecci\u00f3n estructural<\/strong>.
