En aquesta reuni\u00f3 <strong>han sigut abordats diferents assumptes referits a la situaci\u00f3 en la qual es troba el nucli antic del poble<\/strong> i tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha parlat dels <strong>instruments que es faciliten des de la Direcci\u00f3 General<\/strong> per tal que es puguen agilitzar els<strong> tr\u00e0mits administratius<\/strong> de cara a demolir els habitatges abandonats que es troben en mal estat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El departament municipal d&#8217;Urbanisme <strong>va exposar la casu\u00edstica del nucli hist\u00f2ric de Cocentaina<\/strong>, per tal de trobar solucions als problemes generats per l\u2019abandonament de les cases per part dels seus propietaris, i <strong>la dilataci\u00f3 en la tramitaci\u00f3 dels expedients<\/strong> per posar en marxa les esmentades demolicions. Tamb\u00e9 es van exposar <strong>les diferents l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 que s\u2019han posat en funcionament per part de l\u2019Ajuntament<\/strong> i que s\u2019aniran treballant per tal de <strong>facilitar el benestar de ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes i la regeneraci\u00f3 del nucli hist\u00f2ric<\/strong> &#8220;<em>a m\u00e9s vam poder consultar totes aquelles q\u00fcestions que generen discrep\u00e0ncies entre els t\u00e8cnics a l\u2019hora de fer gesti\u00f3 urban\u00edstica i con\u00e9ixer la postura de la Conselleria per buscar criteris comuns que agilitzen tota la tramitaci\u00f3 del departament<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmat al respecte la regidora <strong>Eug\u00e8nia <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Miguel<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per \u00faltim es va parlar de <strong>la funci\u00f3 de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Valenciana de Protecci\u00f3 del Territori<\/strong>, destacant l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 de Cocentaina a aquesta des del dia de la seua creaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com <strong>tota la tasca acomplida pr\u00e8viament en mat\u00e8ria de minimitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019impacte ambiental<\/strong>, on ja es t\u00e9 un estudi diagn\u00f2stic previ de la situaci\u00f3 dels habitatges irregulars en s\u00f2l no urbanitzable.\u00a0Finalment es va destacar <strong>la recentment aprovada ordenan\u00e7a de minimitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019impacte ambiental i el Pla Especial<\/strong> que est\u00e0 desenvolupant-se per a <strong>una part de la partida l\u2019Alc\u00fadia<\/strong>, tots tres amb la intenci\u00f3 d\u2019escometre la legislaci\u00f3 vigent en aquesta mat\u00e8ria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament de Cocentaina ha mantingut recentment un encontre amb el director general d\u2019Urbanisme, Vicent Garcia Nebot, de la Conselleria de&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":88701,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6909,98,75],"tags":[9761,132,561,994,12923,7869],"class_list":["post-89536","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualidad","category-comarcas","category-noticias","tag-ajuntament","tag-cocentaina","tag-conselleria","tag-generalitat-valenciana","tag-nucli-antic","tag-reunio"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
