{"id":89025,"date":"2022-06-23T16:36:38","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T15:36:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=89025"},"modified":"2022-06-23T17:38:36","modified_gmt":"2022-06-23T16:38:36","slug":"un-detenido-por-llevar-armas-en-su-poder-en-el-passeig-del-comtat-de-cocentaina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/un-detenido-por-llevar-armas-en-su-poder-en-el-passeig-del-comtat-de-cocentaina\/","title":{"rendered":"Un detenido por llevar armas en su poder en el Passeig del Comtat de Cocentaina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Polic\u00eda Local de Cocentaina ha informado de <strong>la detenci\u00f3n de un extranjero irregular<\/strong>, que llevaba varias armas en su poder, <strong>en la Avenida del Passeig del Comtat <\/strong>del municipio.\u00a0 Se ha tramitado <strong>expediente de expulsi\u00f3n por la Brigada de Extranjer\u00eda de la Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong> y el detenido <strong>ser\u00e1 extraditado a su pa\u00eds<\/strong>, la semana que viene.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos, tal y como relata la Polic\u00eda de la Villa Condal, <strong>ocurrieron sobre las nueve de la ma\u00f1ana del mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong> cuando <strong>varios vecinos informaron a los agentes de que hab\u00eda un individuo en una terraza de una cafeter\u00eda<\/strong> portando supuestamente un arma de fuego. Al llegar los mismos <strong>se inici\u00f3 una persecuci\u00f3n por varias calles de la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, indicando varios testigos a la Polic\u00eda la ruta que segu\u00eda el delincuente. Este <strong>fue finalmente atrapado y reducido<\/strong> por los mismos agentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora <strong>se le imputan varios delitos por resistencia y atentado a agentes de la autoridad<\/strong>, <strong>tenencia il\u00edcita de armas y usurpaci\u00f3n de identidad<\/strong>, ya que se identific\u00f3 con un documento de identidad de otra persona. Posteriormente, en jefatura, <strong>se comprob\u00f3 que el arma que ten\u00eda era una pistola de aire comprimido de 4\u00aa categor\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde la Polic\u00eda Local de Cocentaina <strong>indican que se han reforzado los protocolos de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> que existen en estos momentos entre este cuerpo y la Brigada de Extranjer\u00eda del Cuerpo Nacional de Polic\u00eda en Alcoy.
