Ha sido <strong>durante el Pleno Extraordinario<\/strong> celebrado en el Consistorio a partir de las 09:30h de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares alcoyanos <strong>hab\u00edan presentado la citada alegaci\u00f3n<\/strong> detallando que<strong> la previsi\u00f3n de ingresos est\u00e1 hinchada<\/strong> y pon\u00edan como ejemplo que <strong>la recaudaci\u00f3n contemplada en el IBI se eleva hasta los 19\u20196 millones de euros<\/strong>, lo que se traduce en un notable incremento con respecto a 2021. Tambi\u00e9n recordaban que el informe contrario de intervenci\u00f3n al Presupuesto recog\u00eda que <strong>el Ayuntamiento no tiene suficientes ingresos<\/strong> para pagar los gastos y que las inversiones previstas no se har\u00e1n porque no hay planificaci\u00f3n.<strong> Quique Ruiz<\/strong>,\u00a0portavoz del PP, afirmaba contundentemente que esta situaci\u00f3n<strong> jam\u00e1s se hab\u00eda dado<\/strong> en toda la historia democr\u00e1tica del Ayuntamiento:<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-85888-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-RUIZ-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-RUIZ-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3\">https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-RUIZ-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Gobierno Local del PSOE \u00a0ha nacusado al PP de &#8220;<em>montar un circo<\/em>&#8221; con este asunto y de\u00a0 <strong>querer retrasar la aprobaci\u00f3n del Presupuesto <\/strong>para bloquear la gesti\u00f3n ciudad. La titular de Hacienda, Vanessa Molt\u00f3, ha afirmado que no hay ning\u00fan informe en contra de las cuentas y ha defendido las subvenciones contempladas en las mismas como una vertiente para ejecutar proyectos sin tener que lastrar las arcas locales:<\/p>\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-85888-2\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-VANESSA-MOLTO\u0301-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-VANESSA-MOLTO\u0301-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3\">https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/2022.04.07-VANESSA-MOLTO\u0301-PRESUPUESTO-MEDIODI\u0301A.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las reclamaciones presentadas se han desestimado con el <strong>voto favorable<\/strong> de PSOE, Comprom\u00eds, Podem y los No Adscritos. Ciudadanos, Guanyar y VOX <strong>se han abstenido<\/strong> y el PP <strong>ha votado en contra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Novedades sobre las obras de La Rosaleda<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este pleno tambi\u00e9n se ha debatido la alegaci\u00f3n presentada por<strong> la Colla Ecologista La Carrasca<\/strong> referida a que no se hab\u00eda contemplado <strong>la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras para acatar la sentencia que obliga al Consistorio a devolver La Rosaleda<\/strong> al aspecto urbano y verde que ten\u00eda antes de que el PP construyera un aparcamiento subterr\u00e1neo.
