Aquesta actuaci\u00f3, <strong>valorada en <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">46.500\u20ac<\/span><\/strong>, ha estat possible gr\u00e0cies a <strong>la formalitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019un conveni amb la Conselleria d\u2019Habitatge i Arquitectura Bioclim\u00e0tica<\/strong>, dels quals <strong>el Consistori ha assumit els costos<\/strong> de la redacci\u00f3 de la Mem\u00f2ria Valorada i tamb\u00e9 del Projecte d\u2019Execuci\u00f3 amb uns <span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">2.420\u20ac<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els treballs han consistit en <strong>la reparaci\u00f3 de la coberta, l&#8217;adequaci\u00f3 de la terrassa<\/strong> i<strong> la canalitzaci\u00f3 de les aig\u00fces pluvials<\/strong> per tal d&#8217;evitar goteres que puguen ocasionar un deteriorament m\u00e9s gran a l\u2019edifici. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha aprofitat l\u2019ocasi\u00f3 per a portar a terme <strong>obres de manteniment<\/strong>, com ara la reparaci\u00f3 i l\u2019envernissat de les portes, l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de papereres com a elements impropis a l\u2019edifici o la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 del nou enllumenat del pati. Les millores <strong>seguiran en els pr\u00f2xims mesos<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el primer dels treballs, tal com recomana el Pla Director, se centrar\u00e0 aquest any en l\u2019excavaci\u00f3 arqueol\u00f2gica de l\u2019ala oest del pati que permetr\u00e0, en primer lloc, con\u00e9ixer millor la mateixa hist\u00f2ria de l\u2019edifici i, per un altre costat, comen\u00e7ar a projectar l\u2019evacuaci\u00f3 i l\u2019accessibilitat de l&#8217;edifici<\/em>&#8220;, afirma el regidor de Patrimoni;<strong> Ivan Jover<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Palau Comtal de Cocentaina<strong> est\u00e0 catalogat com a B\u00e9 d&#8217;Inter\u00e9s Cultural (<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">BIC<\/span>)<\/strong>.
