Des de la plataforma recorden que <strong>Cultura va demanar en setembre de 2021 els informes preceptius<\/strong> a l&#8217;Executiu Socialista despr\u00e9s de comprovar que els treballs <strong>s&#8217;havien executat sense els corresponents estudis<\/strong> que contempla la Llei de Patrimoni. Aquests \u00faltims <strong>s\u00f3n necessaris<\/strong> de cara a portar endavant intervencions d&#8217;aquestes caracter\u00edstiques al nucli antic de la capital de l&#8217;Alcoi\u00e0, espai considerat BIC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guanyar denuncia que <strong>no consta cap resposta per part de l&#8217;Ajuntament<\/strong> a les esmentades demandes fetes per Conselleria. A m\u00e9s assenyalen que <strong>el regidor Jordi Mart\u00ednez ha al\u00b7legat en Comissi\u00f3 Informativa descon\u00e9ixer l\u2019estat de la q\u00fcesti\u00f3<\/strong> &#8220;<em>Franc\u00e9s i el seu equip estan tan pagats de si mateixos i tan concentrats en conservar el seu poder min\u00fascul que no atenen que hi ha un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del seu despatx i que com a govern s\u00f3n responsables dels recursos p\u00fablics i del b\u00e9 com\u00fa d\u2019aquesta ciutat. Qu\u00e8 costava acomplir amb la normativa? Doncs una cosa b\u00e0sica: respecte per les nostres institucions. I respecte per les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que la seua irresponsabilitat pot tindre en els alcoians i alcoianes. I, com sempre, no ens hem trobat res d\u2019aix\u00f2 en el Govern Local<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmat contundentment la portaveu; <strong>Sandra Obiol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des de Guanyar demanen amb urg\u00e8ncia que el Govern Local <strong>atenga a la reclamaci\u00f3 de Conselleria<\/strong> i els hi done <strong>resposta immediata <\/strong>amb la intenci\u00f3 que l&#8217;assumpte\u00a0<strong>es resolga<\/strong> de la millor manera possible.
