{"id":81003,"date":"2021-12-08T00:43:03","date_gmt":"2021-12-07T23:43:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=81003"},"modified":"2021-12-08T01:10:46","modified_gmt":"2021-12-08T00:10:46","slug":"la-corriola-una-tradicio-que-estrena-el-titol-de-festa-dinteres-turistic-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/la-corriola-una-tradicio-que-estrena-el-titol-de-festa-dinteres-turistic-local\/","title":{"rendered":"La &#8216;Corriola&#8217;, una tradici\u00f3 que estrena el t\u00edtol de Festa d&#8217;Inter\u00e9s Tur\u00edstic Local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocentaina <strong>tornar\u00e0 a celebrar aquest dimecres la festa de \u2018La Corriola\u2019 en el paratge de Santa B\u00e0rbara<\/strong>, una tradici\u00f3 que <strong>recupera enguany el seu format habitual<\/strong> despr\u00e9s que en 2020 no es poguera desenvolupar en aquest enclavament natural<strong> a causa de la pand\u00e8mia<\/strong> del Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 els contestans<strong> s\u00ed que podran pujar fins als peus de l&#8217;ermita<\/strong> per a poder <strong>degustar el pa red\u00f3 en forma de corriola i la llonganissa roja<\/strong>, dues singulars viandes que donen forma a aquesta antiqu\u00edssima tradici\u00f3 i que durant aquesta setmana s&#8217;han estat preparant tant en els forns com en les carnisseries de la Vila Comtal. Els actes <strong>arrancaran a les nou i mitja del mat\u00ed amb una cercavila<\/strong> a c\u00e0rrec de la Colla de Dol\u00e7aines i Tabals Mal Passet que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 des de la Pla\u00e7a del Pla per a concloure en l&#8217;esmentat paratge de Santa B\u00e0rbara. All\u00ed <strong>ser\u00e0 el moment d&#8217;esmorzar \u2018La Corriola\u2019<\/strong> mentre que <strong>tamb\u00e9 es podr\u00e0 tocar la campana de l&#8217;ermita<\/strong> &#8220;<em><span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">durant<\/span>\u00a0els \u00faltims anys han recorregut el poble moltes teories inventades sobre aquesta tradici\u00f3. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;investigar molta documentaci\u00f3 podem determinar que \u00e9s una festa que est\u00e0 vinculada a quan antany els ve\u00efns del poble pujaven a l&#8217;ermita per demanar a la santa que protegira els camps del mal oratge durant la campanya de la recollida de l&#8217;oliva que sempre, per aquestes dates, estava a punt de comen\u00e7ar. Antigament la tradici\u00f3 tenia lloc el dia de Santa B\u00e0rbara, el 4 de desembre, per\u00f2 amb el pas dels anys va passar a celebrar-se el 8 de desembre que\u00a0\u00e9s una jornada festiva<\/em>&#8220;, destacava ahir en COPE ALCOI <strong>Pere Ferrer<\/strong>; President del Centre d&#8217;Estudis Contestans (CEC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La &#8216;Corriola&#8217;, <strong>tant estimada pels contestans<\/strong>, estrena enguany <strong>la declaraci\u00f3 de Festa d&#8217;Inter\u00e9s Tur\u00edstic Local<\/strong>.
