En la misma <strong>se ha hablado de las ayudas europeas, auton\u00f3micas, y municipales<\/strong> en esta materia al mismo tiempo que <strong>se han abordado cuestiones referidas a la &#8216;Xarxa Xaloc&#8217; y a la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada<\/strong> de cara a la ejecuci\u00f3n de esos procesos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Vicepresidente Segundo y Conseller de Vivienda y Arquitectura Bioclim\u00e1tica, <strong>H\u00e9ctor Illueca<\/strong>, ha inaugurado las mencionadas jornadas y ha anunciado que la Conselleria tiene previsto <strong>acabar las obras del \u00c1rea de Regeneraci\u00f3n y Renovaci\u00f3n Urbana (ARRU)<\/strong> en <strong>los barrios de Santa Rosa, Eixample y el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de Alcoy<\/strong> a finales de 2022. En este sentido ha aseverado que esto supone <strong>la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 425 viviendas<\/strong> con una inversi\u00f3n de 5.904.322 euros entre el Ministerio de Fomento, la Generalitat Valenciana, el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy y los particulares. Por otro lado, el Plan Estatal 2018-2021 tambi\u00e9n incluye <strong>un ARRU en estas mismas zonas de Santa Rosa, Eixample y Centro Hist\u00f3rico de Alcoy<\/strong> y contempla la financiaci\u00f3n de la renovaci\u00f3n de 18 viviendas. El coste total de la actuaci\u00f3n asciende a 2.050.632 euros.
