La iniciativa consisteix en <strong>la rehabilitaci\u00f3 i adequaci\u00f3 dels dos edificis d&#8217;habitatges situats en els n\u00fameros 4 i 6 del carrer Tibi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inversi\u00f3 prevista<strong> \u00e9s de 2,3 milions d&#8217;euros<\/strong>, dels quals <strong>l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alcoi aporta el 55% i la Diputaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Alacant el 45% restant<\/strong>. Aquests edificis albergaran<strong> les oficines municipals i els espais administratius del complex, aix\u00ed com espais especialitzats en l&#8217;\u00e0rea tecnol\u00f2gica i d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3<\/strong> &#8220;<em>Rodes \u00e9s ja una realitat que va prenent forma i que en poc temps estar\u00e0 llest per exercir com a tractor d\u2019innovaci\u00f3, emprenedoria i creaci\u00f3 d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 de qualitat a la\u00a0nostra ciutat i al nostre territori, a banda de donar servei a la ciutadania i transformar un espai amb una qualitat arquitect\u00f2nica i paisatg\u00edstica excepcional<\/em>&#8220;, explica el regidor d&#8217;Urbanisme de la nostra ciutat; <strong>Jordi Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;esmentat projecte <strong>contempla un vest\u00edbul-recepci\u00f3, oficines de tallers i reunions, un\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">coworking<\/span>\u00a0p\u00fablic i una zona de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">co<\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">living<\/span>\u00a0per a emprenedors<\/strong> que necessiten allotjar-se de manera temporal.
