{"id":78557,"date":"2021-10-04T12:04:48","date_gmt":"2021-10-04T11:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=78557"},"modified":"2021-10-04T12:49:34","modified_gmt":"2021-10-04T11:49:34","slug":"aprobada-la-constitucion-de-la-entidad-de-modernizacion-y-gestion-de-cotes-baixes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/aprobada-la-constitucion-de-la-entidad-de-modernizacion-y-gestion-de-cotes-baixes\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprobada la constituci\u00f3n de la Entidad de Modernizaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de Cotes Baixes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el pasado viernes <strong>la autorizaci\u00f3n de la constituci\u00f3n de la Entidad de Gesti\u00f3n y Modernizaci\u00f3n (EGM) del Pol\u00edgono Cotes Baixes<\/strong>. \u00a0Este paso, seg\u00fan explican desde el Consistorio de nuestra ciudad, <strong>era esencial<\/strong> para que la citada zona empresarial <strong>se convierta una \u00c1rea Industrial Avanzada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indicar que <strong>ser una \u00c1rea Industrial Avanzada supone la posibilidad de ayudas p\u00fablicas y bonificaciones fiscales, mejoras en las infraestructuras<\/strong> que pueden llegar desde diferentes administraciones o<strong> una mayor visibilidad de estas zonas<\/strong> para atraer nuevas empresas. Adem\u00e1s se firm\u00f3 recientemente <strong>el acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ayuntamiento y Cotes Baixes<\/strong>, un convenio que permitir\u00e1<strong> invertir 15.000 euros<\/strong> para diferentes mejoras en el Pol\u00edgono.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente recordar que el pasado 20 de septiembre <strong>el \u00c1gora acogi\u00f3 la asamblea en la cual se adecu\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n Cotes Ba<span lang=\"es-ES\">ixes<\/span> a la ley vigente<\/strong> en cuanto a Gesti\u00f3n, Modernizaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas industriales de la Comunidad Valenciana.
