{"id":77705,"date":"2021-09-16T15:40:21","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T14:40:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=77705"},"modified":"2021-09-16T15:50:06","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T14:50:06","slug":"denunciado-por-circular-con-un-autogiro-por-una-carretera-de-castalla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/denunciado-por-circular-con-un-autogiro-por-una-carretera-de-castalla\/","title":{"rendered":"Denunciado por circular con un autogiro por una carretera de Castalla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agentes del <strong>Equipo PEGASO, la Polic\u00eda Especialista en Gesti\u00f3n Aeron\u00e1utica y de Seguridad Operacional, de la Comandancia de la Guardia Civil de Alicante<\/strong>, han propuesto <strong>para sanci\u00f3n<\/strong> al piloto de un autogiro que\u00a0<strong>circul\u00f3 varios kil\u00f3metros por una carretera convencional<\/strong>, para repostar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan <strong>se pudo ver publicado en las redes sociales<\/strong>, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado d\u00eda 2 de septiembre <strong>en la carretera CV-815<\/strong> del t\u00e9rmino municipal de Castalla, para la\u00a0<strong>sorpresa del resto de usuarios de la v\u00eda<\/strong>. Desde el momento en que la Guardia Civil tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, <strong>las investigaciones de este equipo especialista se centraron en identificar a la aeronave y al piloto<\/strong>, una tarea bastante complicada debido a la falta de datos, ya que lo \u00fanico con lo que contaban era el v\u00eddeo difundido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las numerosas gestiones realizadas, tanto en la gasolinera como por todos los aer\u00f3dromos de la provincia, <strong>dieron resultado positivo tras el an\u00e1lisis de una hoja de cronometraje<\/strong>\u00a0relacionada con<strong> una operaci\u00f3n de un autogiro de similares caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong> que sali\u00f3 del aer\u00f3dromo de Fuente Obejuna (C\u00f3rdoba) y lleg\u00f3 al aer\u00f3dromo de Muchamiel (Alicante). Fue en ese intervalo de tiempo, entre los dos aer\u00f3dromos, cuando <strong>se produjo el repostaje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez conseguida la matr\u00edcula, <strong>fue cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo poder averiguar los datos completos de la aeronave y del representante<\/strong>; el cual facilit\u00f3 el tel\u00e9fono de contacto de la persona que pilotaba el autogiro el pasado d\u00eda 2 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al parecer, el piloto inform\u00f3 que <strong>hab\u00eda notificado un incidente<\/strong> a la Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (CIAIAC), pero que desconoc\u00eda si deb\u00eda haberlo notificado a alguien m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, sobre estos hechos, <strong>el Equipo PEGASO ha dado cuenta a la Jefatura Provincial de Tr\u00e1fico de la provincia de Alicante por una infracci\u00f3n al Reglamento General de Circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, por conducir de forma temeraria, y por <strong>una infracci\u00f3n al Reglamento General de Veh\u00edculos<\/strong>, por circular con un veh\u00edculo que carece de la correspondiente autorizaci\u00f3n administrativa.
