{"id":76305,"date":"2021-07-28T16:33:26","date_gmt":"2021-07-28T15:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=76305"},"modified":"2021-07-28T16:47:46","modified_gmt":"2021-07-28T15:47:46","slug":"adjudican-la-rehabilitacion-de-rodes-a-la-ute-de-victor-tormo-y-eladio-silvestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/adjudican-la-rehabilitacion-de-rodes-a-la-ute-de-victor-tormo-y-eladio-silvestre\/","title":{"rendered":"Adjudican la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Rodes a la UTE de V\u00edctor Tormo y Eladio Silvestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> ha adjudicado a <strong>la UTE de V\u00edctor Tormo y Eladio Silvestre<\/strong> la <strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n\u00a0de la Manzana de Rodes<\/strong>, una zona que <strong>albergar\u00e1 un Parque Empresarial Urbano<\/strong> en que el tendr\u00e1n cabida espacios para usos culturales e incluso el futuro CDT de Interior. La propuesta <strong>ha sido la mejor posicionada<\/strong> de entre las cuatro presentadas y con <strong>una oferta<\/strong> que asciende a los 7.023.188,06 euros (IVA incluido).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Hay que recordar que estas actuaciones <strong>est\u00e1n cofinanciadas al 50% por la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de los Fondos Europeos de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) del Programa Plurirregional de Espa\u00f1a 2014-2020, y <strong>la otra mitad del coste total ser\u00e1 aportada en su mayor parte por la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> mientras que <strong>el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy asumir\u00e1 la menor parte del porcentaje<\/strong>. Desde el Gobierno Municipal conf\u00edan en que la adjudicaci\u00f3n <strong>pueda ser debatida en el Pleno del mes de septiembre<\/strong> para as\u00ed despu\u00e9s poder iniciar unos trabajos que cuentan\u00a0<\/span>con <strong>un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 28 meses<\/strong> &#8220;<em>estas obras constituyen la parte central del proyecto de Rodes, uno de los m\u00e1s importantes de la Estrategia de Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible Integrado (EDUSI) Alcoidem\u00e0 y con la que se prev\u00e9 generar un relevante impulso econ\u00f3mico en la ciudad. Nos satisface especialmente el hecho de que la oferta seleccionada tenga un fuerte componente local, lo que repercute en la generaci\u00f3n de riqueza y empleo en la ciudad<\/em>&#8220;, indica el Vicealcalde de Alcoy; <strong>Jordi Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Apuntar que <strong>la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/strong> sobre el que se ejecutar\u00e1 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del conjunto industrial de Rodes surgi\u00f3 del<strong> concurso p\u00fablico<\/strong> organizado por el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy meses atr\u00e1s.
