{"id":75617,"date":"2021-07-08T21:47:46","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T20:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=75617"},"modified":"2021-07-08T22:14:54","modified_gmt":"2021-07-08T21:14:54","slug":"jordi-silvestre-nunca-se-ha-dejado-de-hacer-un-control-al-servicio-que-presta-fcc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/jordi-silvestre-nunca-se-ha-dejado-de-hacer-un-control-al-servicio-que-presta-fcc\/","title":{"rendered":"Jordi Silvestre: &#8220;nunca se ha dejado de hacer un control al servicio que presta FCC&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Gobierno Municipal del PSOE<\/strong> ha salido al paso de las afirmaciones <a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/compromis-pide-que-se-le-penalicen-a-fcc-los-incumplimientos-del-contrato-de-limpieza-y-recogida-de-residuos\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>realizadas ayer por Comprom\u00eds<\/strong><\/span><\/a> en las que acusaba al Ejecutivo de Franc\u00e9s de <strong>no estar realizando las correspondientes auditorias a la empresa FCC<\/strong>. Hay que recordar que estas \u00faltimas est\u00e1n contempladas en el actual contrato, aprobado en 2018, y las mismas <strong>persiguen garantizar que se ejecutan correctamente<\/strong> los servicios de la recogida de la basura y la limpieza viaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el \u00e1rea de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica del Ayuntamiento se\u00f1alan que <strong>en 2018 y 2019 se realizaron correctamente<\/strong> las citadas auditorias. Adem\u00e1s explican que <strong>a principios de 2020 se atras\u00f3 la adjudicaci\u00f3n de este procedimiento por motivos administrativos y a causa del estallido de la pandemia<\/strong> en marzo &#8220;<em>que no se hayan realizado estas auditorias no quiere decir que no se haya llevado a cabo un exhaustivo control del servicio. El Departamento de Medio Ambiente, pese a tener que atender otras muchas cuestiones derivadas de la crisis sanitaria, se ha esforzado al m\u00e1ximo en hacer un exhaustivo seguimiento de los servicios y quiero desde aqu\u00ed agradecer esta labor que han desempe\u00f1ado los t\u00e9cnicos en todo este tiempo<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmado este jueves el edil de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica; <strong>Jordi Silvestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte Silvestre ha informado que <strong>ha quedado archivada la denuncia presentada por Comprom\u00eds al S\u00edndic de Greuges<\/strong>. La misma fue notificada a este organismo el pasado abril y en ella <strong>se hac\u00eda referencia a la falta de auditor\u00eda as\u00ed como de control del contrato de la limpieza y recogida de residuos en Alcoy<\/strong> &#8220;<em>enviamos toda la documentaci\u00f3n que se nos requiri\u00f3\u00a0y ha quedado comprobado que se han hecho los oportunos controles, motivo que ha llevado al cierre del expediente<\/em>&#8220;; ha aclarado el Concejal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde el Ejecutivo se\u00f1alan que <strong>no son reales los datos aportados ayer por Comprom\u00eds<\/strong> sobre los 30.000 euros de penalizaci\u00f3n que se le tendr\u00edan que retener a FCC, por incumplimientos del contrato, y que <strong>saldr\u00edan de los 150.000 de compensaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que, por consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos; se le tendr\u00edan que abonar a la empresa.
