Adem\u00e1s reivindica para esta zona de la ciudad <strong>un proyecto de intervenci\u00f3n<\/strong> basado en <strong>una planificaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica<\/strong> que conjugue <strong>la recuperaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de viviendas<\/strong> con la revitalizaci\u00f3n comercial<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares recuerdan que el Gobierno Municipal del PSOE present\u00f3 el pasado oto\u00f1o <strong>un documento con actuaciones urgentes de regeneraci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n urbana<\/strong>. El mismo, afirman, <strong>recog\u00eda 55 acciones por un importe total de 69,6 millones de euros<\/strong>. Un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s, destacan, ese listado <strong>ha ca\u00eddo en el olvido<\/strong> y denuncian que <strong>ni si siquiera se han incluido las propuestas para mejorar el barrio que hizo el PP<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el anuncio de estas actuaciones urgentes solo persegu\u00eda un fin propagand\u00edstico para tapar 10 a\u00f1os de abandono del Centro que en enero de 2020, con el temporal Gloria, tuvieron unas consecuencias grav\u00edsimas. Pedimos a los socialistas que dejen los anuncios y se dedique a resolver los problemas que tiene la ciudad. Despu\u00e9s de 10 a\u00f1os en el Gobierno, el PSOE no sabe qu\u00e9 hacer en el Centro. Con su falta de iniciativa est\u00e1 condenando al barrio<\/em>&#8220;, subraya la concejala Popular; <strong>Lirios Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde el PP denuncian\u00a0que <strong>la ausencia de proyecto concreto para la mejora del Centro<\/strong> impide acudir a Europa<strong> a captar fondos<\/strong> con los que rehabilitar la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Partido Popular de Alcoy echa en falta un proyecto para rehabilitar el Centro de Alcoy.
