{"id":73541,"date":"2021-05-12T11:40:22","date_gmt":"2021-05-12T10:40:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=73541"},"modified":"2021-05-12T11:54:35","modified_gmt":"2021-05-12T10:54:35","slug":"el-pp-vuelve-a-denuncia-el-retraso-en-la-apertura-del-ceem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-vuelve-a-denuncia-el-retraso-en-la-apertura-del-ceem\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP vuelve a denuncia el retraso en la apertura del CEEM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong> ha denunciado <strong>el continuo retraso en la apertura del Centro Especial de Enfermos Mentales de Alcoy<\/strong>, una <strong>demora<\/strong> que se arrastra desde hace cerca de diez a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado auton\u00f3mico de los populares, <strong>Fernando Pastor<\/strong>, ha criticado a la Generalitat por <strong>ser incapaz de ofrecer una fecha de apertura del edificio<\/strong>, acabado en 2011. Adem\u00e1s ha destacado que el Consell <strong>no haya previsto la necesidad de contratar personal<\/strong> para que el centro funcione &#8220;<em>el Gobierno del PSOE, Comprom\u00eds y Podemos no tiene clara fecha alguna para la apertura del edificio y eso es, en estos momentos, un claro ejemplo de irresponsabilidad y una muestra de la falta de compromiso e implicaci\u00f3n de Ximo Puig y M\u00f3nica Oltra con un colectivo tan especial como es el de los enfermos mentales. Solo a partir de septiembre la Conselleria de Pol\u00edticas Inclusivas pidi\u00f3 a la de Hacienda que inicie los tr\u00e1mites para crear los puestos de trabajo. Adem\u00e1s de contratar personal, la Generalitat debe resolver otros tr\u00e1mites: la autorizaci\u00f3n del edificio como centro para personas con enfermedades mentales y el proyecto de licencia ambiental. La mala gesti\u00f3n, la dejadez y tambi\u00e9n la mala relaci\u00f3n entre PSOE y Comprom\u00eds en el Gobierno valenciano est\u00e1 retrasando la apertura del CEEM<\/em>&#8220;, ha recalcado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte la Vicesecretaria General del PP en Alicante,<strong> Rosa S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, que tambi\u00e9n fue concejal de Pol\u00edticas Sociales durante la construcci\u00f3n del Centro, ha lamentado que el gobierno de la Generalitat y del Ayuntamiento <strong>mantenga el edificio cerrado 10 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el alcalde anunci\u00f3 la apertura para 2015 mientras que la vicepresidenta auton\u00f3mica M\u00f3nica Oltra lo anunci\u00f3 para 2016 y luego para 2018<\/em>&#8220;, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente el portavoz del grupo municipal del PP, <strong>Enrique Ruiz<\/strong>, <strong>ha acusado<\/strong> a Antonio Franc\u00e9s de &#8220;<em>esconderse de nuevo<\/em>&#8221; ante los problemas de la ciudad. De igual forma<strong> ha aseverado<\/strong> que el alcalde &#8220;<em>ha consentido tener la instalaci\u00f3n cerrada durante 10 a\u00f1os.
