Article d’opini\u00f3 de Aar\u00f3n Ferr\u00e1ndiz Santamar\u00eda, Regidor de Podem a l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Alcoi<\/strong><\/p>\n

El pressupost municipal d\u2019aquest any ser\u00e0 un pressupost diferent. Davant d’un dels pitjors moments, \u00e9s moment de sumar esfor\u00e7os compartits i d’arribar a acords amplis que ens permetin fer-li front al virus, reactivar la nostra ciutat i no deixar a ning\u00fa enrere. Aquest, ha de ser un pressupost que ens ha de servir per tindre la capacitat de protegir a les persones d\u2019aquesta crisi sanit\u00e0ria, econ\u00f2mica i social.<\/p>\n

Per aix\u00f2, des de Podem hem volgut sumar el nostre ADN i donar-li color morat a l’estrat\u00e8gia pressupost\u00e0ria del govern municipal. Tot, per estirar i apropar-lo al nostre projecte de ciutat i millorar el dia a dia de la gent en un moment tan complicat com l’actual.<\/p>\n

Per aconseguir-ho, hem presentat m\u00e9s de 30 propostes on la participaci\u00f3 ciutadana i la transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica s\u00f3n dos pilars fonamentals entre d’altres propostes de diferents \u00e0mbits importants com les pol\u00edtiques socials, l\u2019habitatge o la recuperaci\u00f3 de serveis. I tot amb l’objectiu d’enfortir i millorar l\u2019estat de la nostra ciutat i el benestar de la ciutadania en un moment on ho necessita m\u00e9s que mai.<\/p>\n

Entenem que les decisions pol\u00edtiques no poden reduir-se, exclusivament, a la interacci\u00f3 entre els diferents partits pol\u00edtics, ni a votar cada quatre anys en les eleccions o un grapat de propostes al web del pressupostos participatius. Hem d\u2019obrir els horitzons i hem d’aplicar els mecanismes adequats que faciliten una participaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s real, de qualitat i de forma permanent. A m\u00e9s de ser una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de qualitat democr\u00e0tica, aix\u00ed ens ho traslladen les diferents associacions ve\u00efnals de la ciutat i la ciutadania en general.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 hem volgut destacar la transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica amb l’objectiu de facilitar un desenvolupament sostenible a trav\u00e9s de propostes vinculades a l’economia circular, a la reducci\u00f3 i aprofitament de residus i a la transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica. La transici\u00f3 cap un model m\u00e9s sostenible no \u00e9s tan sols una necessitat. \u00c9s tamb\u00e9 una oportunitat de revitalitzaci\u00f3 i reactivaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica que no podem deixar passar.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, ara m\u00e9s que mai, \u00e9s moment d\u2019enfortir all\u00f2 p\u00fablic per tindre la capacitat de protegir a la nostra gent, a les nostres xicotetes i mitjanes empreses, als nostres aut\u00f2noms. En definitiva, de dedicar tots els esfor\u00e7os possibles i de posar el millor de nosaltres per a tractar d\u2019estar al costat de tantes persones que ho necessiten, en un context com l\u2019actual.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
