S\u00f3n precisament aquestes viandes<strong> les que donen nom al singular costum que marca tots els anys la jornada festiva de &#8216;La Pur\u00edssima&#8217;<\/strong> &#8220;<em>amb aquesta declaraci\u00f3 dotarem de m\u00e9s rellev\u00e0ncia i protecci\u00f3 aquesta celebraci\u00f3 popular, tenint en compte la hist\u00f2ria de la festa, la seua import\u00e0ncia, la seua tradici\u00f3 popular, la repercussi\u00f3 p\u00fablica de la seua celebraci\u00f3, i la difusi\u00f3 que s&#8217;ha produ\u00eft en els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 en els \u00faltims anys<\/em>&#8220;, afirma el regidor de Turisme i Cultura;<strong> Ivan Jover<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el seu origen, <strong>la festivitat tenia lloc quatre dies abans del dia de celebraci\u00f3 actual<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, el 4 de desembre, dia de la festivitat de Santa B\u00e0rbara.
