De esta forma <strong>se atiende\u00a0 la demanda realizada por el PP en su momento<\/strong> e insta al Ejecutivo a<strong> cumplir la recomendaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que ya hizo el defensor del pueblo <strong>en agosto<\/strong>, <strong>reiterada en octubre<\/strong>, para que los ediles de todos los partidos pol\u00edticos tengan libre entrada al citado registro.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares destacan que <strong>han recurrido al S\u00edndic de Greuges<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de que el Gobierno Local se negase a mejorar el acceso de los grupos de la oposici\u00f3n al registro de entrada y salida de documentos. Adem\u00e1s detallan que el defensor del pueblo valenciano <strong>desmonta los argumentos del Gobierno Municipal ya que este \u00faltimo se escuda en la Protecci\u00f3n de Datos para no abrir el registro a toda la Corporaci\u00f3n<\/strong> &#8220;<em>creemos que dos resoluciones del S\u00edndic en las que certifican la falta de transparencia del Gobierno del PSOE deber\u00edan ser suficientes para mejorar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y permitir el libre acceso al registro. Alcoy no puede consentir un Gobierno opaco, que impide que la oposici\u00f3n pueda hacer su trabajo de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n.
