El documento, que hizo posible el entendimiento pol\u00edtico en 1978 tras la Guerra Civil y cuarenta a\u00f1os de dictadura del General Franco,<strong> ha garantizado en todo este tiempo<\/strong> la libertad, la unidad en la diversidad de la naci\u00f3n, la democracia, los derechos humanos y el progreso social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que recordar que en aquel 6 de diciembre del 78, una jornada fr\u00eda \u00a0y con presencia de la lluvia durante la tarde, <strong>Alcoy registr\u00f3 una participaci\u00f3n en el refer\u00e9ndum del 78\u201912% del censo<\/strong> llamado a la consulta y <strong>32.060 alcoyanos<\/strong> votaron a favor de la constituci\u00f3n mientras que <strong>2.362 lo hicieron en contra<\/strong>, se contabilizaron <strong>1.170 votos blancos y 316 nulos<\/strong>. La Comarca tambi\u00e9n <strong>dijo si<\/strong> al texto Constitucional. Por ejemplo en <strong>Cocentaina<\/strong> vot\u00f3 afirmativamente un 87% del censo, en <strong>Muro<\/strong> un 90%, en <strong>Banyeres<\/strong> el 77\u201935%. La <strong>participaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en aquella hist\u00f3rica votaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan reflejan las cr\u00f3nicas del desaparecido Peri\u00f3dico Ciudad, fue de <strong>m\u00e1s del 80%<\/strong> en el Comtat y l\u2019Alcoi\u00e0; especialmente en los pueblos peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Doctor en Historia e investigador de la transici\u00f3n en la zona, <strong>Pedro Juan Parra<\/strong>, sostiene que tras cuarenta a\u00f1os de vigencia <strong>ha llegado el momento de plantear una reforma constitucional<\/strong> de aquel texto aprobado en el 78 \u201cl<em>a propia Constituci\u00f3n ya se hizo desde el consenso ante la crisis pol\u00edtica y econ\u00f3mica que hab\u00eda en aquel momento, el terrorismo y la inestabilidad. Estamos ante la ley m\u00e1s importante de un pa\u00eds as\u00ed que toda reforma que se haga debe de contar con el respaldo de todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas presentes en el arco parlamentario<\/em>\u201c, asever\u00f3 hace dos a\u00f1os en COPE ALCOY.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que en<strong> 2003<\/strong>, al cumplirse los veinticinco a\u00f1os de la aprobaci\u00f3n de La Constituci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola, <strong>Alcoy dedic\u00f3 la plaza de La Rosaleda<\/strong> a nuestra Carta Magna.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Constituci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola cumple en este\u00a06 de diciembre 42 a\u00f1os desde su aprobaci\u00f3n oficial.
