L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquestes ajudes \u00e9s <strong>la regeneraci\u00f3, rehabilitaci\u00f3 i conservaci\u00f3 del nucli antic de Cocentaina<\/strong>, en aquelles \u00e0rees on hi ha un major deteriorament, ja que s\u00f3n uns elements fonamentals per garantir la seguretat estructural dels edificis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les obres a realitzar que s\u2019emmarquen en aquest tipus d\u2019ajudes s\u00f3n <strong>la reparaci\u00f3 de cobertes i fa\u00e7anes en mal estat<\/strong>, incloent-hi <strong>elements de forjats i cobriment<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com <strong>la impermeabilitzaci\u00f3 de cobertes<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s es contempla <strong>la neteja, la restauraci\u00f3 o la substituci\u00f3 de tancaments<\/strong> &#8220;<em>s\u00f3n ajudes necess\u00e0ries per a incentivar la regeneraci\u00f3 del nucli antic de Cocentaina, en aquelles \u00e0rees on hi ha un major deteriorament i col\u00b7laborar directament amb els propietaris amb la rehabilitaci\u00f3 d\u2019una de les zones de major atractiu del municipi<\/em>&#8220;, assenyalen <strong>les regidores d&#8217;Urbanisme<\/strong> (<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Eugenia Miguel<\/span>) <strong>i Hisenda<\/strong> (Mariona Carbonell).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquestes ajudes <strong>van duent-se a terme des de 2012 i ampliant-se l\u2019\u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 des de 2013<\/strong> als barris, pedanies i la resta del nucli urb\u00e0 de Cocentaina, sempre que les edificacions tinguen una antiguitat d\u2019almenys\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGreenError\">40<\/span>\u00a0anys.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta de Govern local de l&#8217;Ajuntament de Cocentaina va aprovar dues convocat\u00f2ries d\u2019ajudes per la rehabilitaci\u00f3 de cobertes i&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":18561,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[98,75],"tags":[9689,1321,10105,132,10104,7791,10106],"class_list":["post-66670","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-comarcas","category-noticias","tag-aprovacio","tag-bases","tag-cobertes","tag-cocentaina","tag-facanes","tag-rehabilitacio","tag-tancaments"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
