De esta forma se a<strong>valan las medidas cautelares adoptadas por el Juzgado Contencioso-administrativo de Alicante <\/strong>a la espera de que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia resuelva el recurso del Ayuntamiento a la sentencia que anul\u00f3 la adjudicaci\u00f3n de la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Desde el <strong>Partido Popular<\/strong>, ante este hecho, recuerdan que <strong>la empresa adjudicataria se hizo con el contrato por 75.000 euros<\/strong>; un hecho que supone<strong> la mitad del precio inicial<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s se\u00f1alan que <strong>la sentencia instaba al Ayuntamiento de Alcoy a adjudicar la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto a la empresa demandante<\/strong> y aseveran que <strong>el Gobierno Local del PSOE<\/strong> <\/span>fue &#8220;<em>negligente, irresponsable y temerario<\/em>&#8220;<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"> al sacar a concurso una obra basada en un proyecto anulado por los tribunales &#8220;<em>el PSOE, con el dinero de todos los alcoyanos, sigue recurriendo las sentencias contra sus decisiones temerarias<\/em>&#8220;, apunta el portavoz del PP, <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde el PP afirman que a la &#8220;<em>negligencia<\/em>&#8221;\u00a0del Puente de Serelles se suman otros casos como<strong> la ampliaci\u00f3n del Polideportivo Municipal<\/strong> en terrenos particulares o <strong>el de El Molinar<\/strong>, en el que el Ayuntamiento perder\u00e1 una subvenci\u00f3n de medio mill\u00f3n de euros por iniciar una obra sin tener garantizada la seguridad de los terrenos de acceso, que adem\u00e1s son de propiedad privada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal Superior de Justicia ha ratificado la suspensi\u00f3n cautelar del proyecto del Puente de Serelles de Alcoy.
