A m\u00e9s assenyalen que, segons un escrit rem\u00e9s el divendres a tots els portaveus dels grups municipals, <strong>els propietaris dels terrenys adverteixen que el contracte signat en 1981<\/strong> amb l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alcoi per a l&#8217;\u00fas de les parcel\u00b7les confrontants amb el poliesportiu<strong> est\u00e0 extingit<\/strong> per l&#8217;expiraci\u00f3 del termini legal com per l&#8217;impagament reiterat del lloguer. En aquest sentit el portaveu popular, <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>,\u00a0considera necessari que l&#8217;alcalde <strong>explique per qu\u00e8 el Govern d&#8217;Alcoi va iniciar una obra de 800.000 euros sense comprovar pr\u00e8viament si el terreny era municipal<\/strong> &#8220;<em>estem davant clars indicis de neglig\u00e8ncia, irresponsabilitat i temeritat.
