El artista, protagonista del musical &#8216;Jesucristo Superstar&#8217;, <strong>muri\u00f3 a los 72 a\u00f1os de edad<\/strong> tras sufrir\u00a0<strong>\u00a0dos paros cardiacos<\/strong> como consecuencia de<strong> agravarse la enfermedad renal\u00a0<\/strong>que padec\u00eda desde hac\u00eda tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Camilo Blanes Cort\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/multitudinario-ultimo-adios-al-alcoyano-camilo-sesto\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>recibi\u00f3 una emotiva despedida en la sede de la SGAE de Madrid<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, donde fue instalada la Capilla Ardiente, y mes y medio despu\u00e9s <strong>sus cenizas llegaron a Alcoy<\/strong> tras abrirse el testamento del cantante. Centenares de fans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/las-cenizas-de-camilo-sesto-reposaran-en-alcoy-junto-a-sus-padres\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>le dieron el \u00faltimo adi\u00f3s<\/strong><\/span><\/a> en el <strong>acto de homenaje celebrado en el Sal\u00f3n de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> el jueves 24 de octubre \u00a0&#8220;<em>gracias a todos por tanto. Estoy seguro que mi padre estar\u00e1 orgulloso de todo esto all\u00e1 donde est\u00e9. Sus cenizas descansar\u00e1n junto a mis abuelos y se est\u00e1 haciendo todo tal y como quiso \u00e9l&#8221;,\u00a0<\/em>manifest\u00f3 <strong>Camilo Blanes Ornelas<\/strong>, hijo de Camilo Sesto; en aquella emotiva jornada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado mes de julio conocimos que <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/el-llegat-de-camilo-sesto-arriba-a-alcoi\/\"><strong>hab\u00eda llegado hasta Alcoy el legado del int\u00e9rprete<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, fruto del acuerdo alcanzado con Camilo Blanes Ornelas, y que <strong>est\u00e1 formado por cerca de 800 piezas<\/strong>. Todo ello <strong>pasar\u00e1 a formar\u00a0parte del futuro museo que la ciudad dedicar\u00e1 a Camilo Sesto<\/strong>. Sobre este ansiado proyecto el alcalde de Alcoy avanza que <strong>en breve tiempo se encomendar\u00e1 la redacci\u00f3n del mismo a una empresa especializada<\/strong> &#8220;<em>y una vez dispongamos de este veremos qu\u00e9 dependencias municipales se pueden habilitar para albergar este espacio cultural que tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 un referente para al turismo. Esperamos que pueda ser realidad en 2021 y que puedan disfrutar de \u00e9l los alcoyanos y los muchos fans del cantante<\/em>&#8220;, indic\u00f3 Franc\u00e9s a principios del verano. Al margen de esto la familia de Camilo Sesto <strong>sigue trabajando en la idea de crear un mausoleo en el Cementerio Municipal<\/strong> en el que descansaran sus cenizas y las de los progenitores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Camilo Sesto, nacido el 16 de septiembre de 1946, <strong>nos dej\u00f3 para siempre hace un a\u00f1o pero su m\u00fasica y su recuerdo sigue m\u00e1s vivo<\/strong> que nunca en la ciudad que le vio crecer y a la que siempre llev\u00f3 en su coraz\u00f3n.
