{"id":64963,"date":"2020-07-14T17:09:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T17:09:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=64963"},"modified":"2020-08-31T17:11:06","modified_gmt":"2020-08-31T17:11:06","slug":"no-todo-vale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/no-todo-vale\/","title":{"rendered":"No todo vale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art\u00edculo de Opini\u00f3n de David Abad, concejal de VOX Alcoy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lamentable, vergonzosa, deshonrosa\u2026es la actitud del Sr. Aitor Pl\u00e1 hacia mi y mi grupo pol\u00edtico, \u00a0no tiene m\u00e1s calificativo que el de una pataleta de ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o. La relaci\u00f3n entre nosotros desde el principio ha sido respetuosa y cordial por mi parte, ante todo somos personas y el sentido com\u00fan es lo que debe primar cuando la ideolog\u00eda nos separa tanto. Con su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aramultimedia.com\/ponts-digualtat-denuncia-a-vox-alcoi-per-demanar-la-retirada-de-banderes-lgbti-a-lajuntament-dalcoi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">publicaci\u00f3n<\/a> el Sr. Pl\u00e1 demuestra su hipocres\u00eda, dudo que haya sido \u00e9l qui\u00e9n ha escrito estas palabras, mas bien lo ha hecho alguien en la sombra queriendo politizar a este colectivo, consiguiendo de esta manera que muchos lo abandonen al no sentirse representados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Tribunal Supremo establece que no pueden utilizarse banderas no oficiales en el exterior de los edificios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Sala Tercera de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo ha dictado una sentencia en la que fija como doctrina \u201cque no resulta compatible con el Marco constitucional y legal vigente, \u00a0y en particular, \u00a0con el deber de objetividad y neutralidad de las Administraciones P\u00fablicas la utilizaci\u00f3n, \u00a0incluso ocasional, de banderas no oficiales en el exterior de los edificios y espacios p\u00fablicos, \u00a0a\u00fan cuando las mismas no sustituyan, \u00a0sino que concurran, \u00a0con la bandera de Espa\u00f1a y las dem\u00e1s legal o estatutariamente instituidas&#8221;.<br \/>\nEn respuesta a sus declaraciones como presidente y representante del colectivo LGTBI \u201cPonts d&#8217;igualtat\u201d, donde nos tacha de mentirosos, manipuladores y extrema derecha, decirle que es habitual la manipulaci\u00f3n y el insulto por parte de ese lobby y sus representantes hacia aquellos que no comulgamos con sus ideas y aclararle que en VOX, abogamos por la igualdad, \u00a0la verdadera igualdad, las personas LGTBI son miembros de pleno derecho en nuestro pa\u00eds y que muchos de ellos no se sienten representados por este lobby que lo que pretende es colectivizarlos a todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afortunadamente la Ley nos iguala a todos y todos debemos cumplirla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Art\u00edculo de Opini\u00f3n de David Abad, concejal de VOX Alcoy Lamentable, vergonzosa, deshonrosa\u2026es la actitud del Sr. Aitor Pl\u00e1 hacia&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":51053,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[87],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-64963","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-opinion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
