El proyecto tiene <strong>un presupuesto de m\u00e1s de dos millones de euros<\/strong>, de los cuales <strong>810.000 euros<\/strong> ser\u00e1n aportados por el <strong>Ministerio y la Generalitat<\/strong>, <strong>un mill\u00f3n<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de <strong>fondos europeos EDUSI<\/strong> y <strong>240.000<\/strong> por las <strong>arcas municipales<\/strong>. Indicar que se crear\u00e1n <strong>18 inmuebles<\/strong> de los cuales 10 estar\u00e1n en la zona de <strong>Sant Mateu-La Placeta les Eres<\/strong> con el a\u00f1adido de unos espacios comunes que apostar\u00e1n por la colaboraci\u00f3n y convivencia mutua de mayores de 65 a\u00f1os as\u00ed como de menores de 35. Asimismo se construir\u00e1n <strong>4 viviendas<\/strong> en <strong>la calle Casablanca<\/strong> y otras cuatro en <strong>la calle San Juan<\/strong>. Todas ellas tendr\u00e1n un <strong>r\u00e9gimen de alquiler social<\/strong> y con este proyecto tambi\u00e9n se persigue un <strong>doble objetivo<\/strong> &#8220;<em>adem\u00e1s de dar facilidades de acceso a la vivienda se contribuye a la regeneraci\u00f3n urbana del Centro y se apuesta de nuevo por la recuperaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como la puesta en valor de esta barriada de la ciudad.
