{"id":63684,"date":"2020-07-21T11:23:56","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T11:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=63684"},"modified":"2020-07-23T08:19:04","modified_gmt":"2020-07-23T08:19:04","slug":"alcoi-estrenara-un-projecte-pilot-de-vivenda-sostenible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/alcoi-estrenara-un-projecte-pilot-de-vivenda-sostenible\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoi estrenar\u00e0 un projecte pilot de vivenda sostenible"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcoi ha entrat en <strong>el programa de construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;habitatge sostenible<\/strong> <strong>posat en marxa per la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> despr\u00e9s dels mesos de confinament derivats de la crisi del Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El conseller d&#8217;Habitatge i Arquitectura bioclim\u00e0tica, <strong>Rub\u00e9n Mart\u00ednez Dalmau<\/strong>, ha destacat aquest mat\u00ed en la visita a la ciutat que <strong>es construiran 7 immobles en el marc de l&#8217;habitatge&nbsp;<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">ecol\u00f2gic<\/span><\/strong> que estaran ubicats a Ambaixador Irles. Per a aix\u00f2 <strong>es llan\u00e7ar\u00e0 un concurs internacional<\/strong> de cara a rebre projectes amb la intenci\u00f3 d<strong>&#8216;iniciar la construcci\u00f3<\/strong> l&#8217;any que ve. Dalmau ha recordat tamb\u00e9 que <strong>aquesta iniciativa ser\u00e0 la primera construcci\u00f3 de nova planta que impulsa el Govern del Bot\u00e0nic<\/strong> i ha recordat que aquest projecte <strong>suposar\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 d&#8217;un mili\u00f3 d&#8217;euros<\/strong> &#8220;<em>el primer projecte pilot d&#8217;habitatges en el marc de la transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica i de l&#8217;era Post Covid-19 ser\u00e0 en el nucli urb\u00e0 d&#8217;Alcoi. Un exemple de construcci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica que ser\u00e0 un exemple per al Pa\u00eds Valenci\u00e0 i per a tot l&#8217;Estat<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;alcalde d&#8217;Alcoi, <strong>Antonio Franc\u00e9s<\/strong>, ha explicat tamb\u00e9 que <strong>s&#8217;executaran diversos projectes pendents dins el Pla Arru<\/strong> com <strong>la construcci\u00f3 de 24 immobles al carrer Sant Mateu<\/strong> o <strong>la rehabilitaci\u00f3 de 12 habitatges a La Sardina<\/strong>.
