{"id":63282,"date":"2020-06-23T11:50:38","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T11:50:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=63282"},"modified":"2020-06-23T11:50:38","modified_gmt":"2020-06-23T11:50:38","slug":"el-pp-ve-indefinicion-en-el-proyecto-de-rodes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-ve-indefinicion-en-el-proyecto-de-rodes\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP ve indefinici\u00f3n en el proyecto de Rodes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Partido Popular de Alcoy asegura que Rodes se ha convertido en <strong>un contenedor de propuestas y ocurrencias<\/strong> que demuestra <strong>la ausencia de un proyecto concreto<\/strong> para esa zona por parte del Gobierno Municipal del PSOE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares remarcan que desde 2015 <strong>se ha hablado de hasta m\u00e1s de 20 usos diferentes<\/strong> para este espacio, que ser\u00e1 reconvertido en <strong>un Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico Urbano<\/strong>, y duda de que el anteproyecto escogido por el Ayuntamiento <strong>cumpla con el objetivo de destinar el 80% de la superficie de Rodes a iniciativas de promoci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, tal y como aprob\u00f3 el pleno. El portavoz del PP en el Ayuntamiento de nuestra ciudad, <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>, conf\u00eda en que el equipo de arquitectos <strong>al que ha sido adjudicada la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto corrija esta \u00faltima situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> &#8220;<em>durante todo este tiempo hemos conocido m\u00e1s de 20 usos diferentes: desde un mercado para Santa Rosa hasta una sala de conciertos, pasando por un vivero de empresas o un espacio infantil. El coste de todas estas propuestas suma 46.200 euros y seguimos sin tener ni siquiera un proyecto definitivo<\/em>&#8220;, afirma. Desde el PP insisten asimismo en <strong>el Centro de Turismo de Interior (CdT)<\/strong> &#8220;<em>en 2017, la concejal Lorena Zamorano cuestion\u00f3 que el CdT se ubicase en Rodes, tal y como planteaba el Partido Popular. Dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, vende ese proyecto como uno de los grandes atractivos de Rodes. La misma situaci\u00f3n se repite en el caso de Distrito Digital.
