{"id":61770,"date":"2020-04-12T10:48:42","date_gmt":"2020-04-12T10:48:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=61770"},"modified":"2020-04-12T10:48:42","modified_gmt":"2020-04-12T10:48:42","slug":"propuestas-para-que-los-mayores-hagan-ejercicio-en-casa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/propuestas-para-que-los-mayores-hagan-ejercicio-en-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"Propuestas para que los mayores hagan ejercicio en casa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La <strong>concejal\u00eda de Mayores del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> propone a la gente mayor que est\u00e1 en casa <strong>que haga ejercicio<\/strong> durante estos d\u00edas, <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">ya que<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> han perdido sus paseos y sus h\u00e1bitos de moverse diariamente. <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">Adem\u00e1s no pueden disfrutar de<\/span><strong><span lang=\"es-ES\"> la Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"es-ES\">en<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> las Aulas de la Tercera Edad<\/span><strong><span lang=\"es-ES\">. <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"es-ES\">En concreto<\/span><strong><span lang=\"es-ES\"> la recomendaci\u00f3n para hacer <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">en<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\"> casa es la planificaci\u00f3n hecha por la Conseller<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">i<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">a de Sanidad <\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"es-ES\">que es apta para todas las edades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de la rutina de ejercicios, la Conselleria de Sanidad <strong>aporta otras gu\u00edas como por ejemplo <\/strong>recomendaciones saludables y positivas durante el confinamiento, recomendaciones para ayudar tu vecindario, \u00bfQu\u00e9 hago si necesito mis medicamentos y no debo salir de casa?, recomendaciones sobre el manejo domiciliario de los residuos en hogares con positivos o en aislamiento por Covid-19, haz la compra de manera responsable, informaci\u00f3n para las empresas, \u00bfQu\u00e9 tienes que saber sobre el uso de mascarillas?, Coronavirus y animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer con los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as estos d\u00edas sin escuela?, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <a href=\"http:\/\/www.san.gva.es\/web_estatica\/coronavirus\/coronavirus_es_files\/Ejercicio_en_casa_CAS.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>este enlace<\/strong><\/span><\/a> <strong>pod\u00e9is consultar la planificaci\u00f3n de ejercicios<\/strong> y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.san.gva.es\/web_estatica\/coronavirus\/coronavirus_es.html\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>en este<\/strong><\/span><\/a> <strong>las diferentes recomendaciones\u00a0<\/strong>para hacer frente a estos d\u00edas de confinamiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La concejal\u00eda de Mayores del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy propone a la gente mayor que est\u00e1 en casa que haga ejercicio&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":61771,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75],"tags":[7281,7315,7463,7464,7465,5169,2465],"class_list":["post-61770","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","tag-coronavirus","tag-crisis","tag-ejercicio","tag-en-casa","tag-gimnasia","tag-mayores","tag-propuestas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
