{"id":61123,"date":"2020-03-24T16:49:29","date_gmt":"2020-03-24T16:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=61123"},"modified":"2020-03-24T16:49:29","modified_gmt":"2020-03-24T16:49:29","slug":"nuevas-medidas-para-garantizar-la-prestacion-de-los-servicios-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/nuevas-medidas-para-garantizar-la-prestacion-de-los-servicios-municipales\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas medidas para garantizar la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Ayuntamiento de Alcoy<\/strong> ha adoptado <strong>nuevas medidas para garantizar que se cumplen los servicios municipales<\/strong> durante la crisis del Coronavirus. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Consistorio explican que <strong>el personal municipal<\/strong> podr\u00e1 optar por <strong>trabajar de forma presencial<\/strong> con flexibilidad horaria para evitar la confluencia simult\u00e1nea de todos los empleados. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>se podr\u00e1n modificar los horarios<\/strong> y prestarlos en r\u00e9gimen de turnos por la ma\u00f1ana, tarde o una combinaci\u00f3n de ambos, cumpliendo la jornada diaria. Para <strong>la elecci\u00f3n de los turnos<\/strong> se establecer\u00e1 como personal preferente aquel que tenga a cargo menores de 12 a\u00f1os, mayores dependientes o reconocimiento de minusvalidez, o aquellos empleados de grupos de riesgo. Asimismo <strong>se podr\u00e1 optar por<\/strong> <strong>la modalidad no presencial<\/strong> siempre que sea posible, de acuerdo con los jefes de departamento y concejal\u00edas delegadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al margen de esto <strong>el personal podr\u00e1 solicitar<\/strong> permisos por asuntos propios,\u00a0vacaciones, excesos de c\u00f3mputo, que les ser\u00e1n concedidos en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de los departamentos. De igual forma <strong>aquellos empleados<\/strong> que soliciten cinco d\u00edas consecutivos de permiso hasta el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 30 de abril, ser\u00e1n recompensados con un d\u00eda adicional por exceso de c\u00f3mputo. Dependiendo del escenario, podr\u00e1n estudiarse periodos de permisos forzosos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Por otro lado, tal y como detallan desde el Ayuntamiento, <strong>los empleados tendr\u00e1n que evitar en lo posible realizar sus peticiones en formato papel<\/strong>, teniendo que dirigirse a la Sede Electr\u00f3nica, el gestor de expedientes MyTAO, o el correo electr\u00f3nico.\u00a0En el supuesto de que <strong>el personal no pueda acceder en su centro de trabajo<\/strong>, por cierre del mismo o suspensi\u00f3n temporal de actividades, podr\u00e1 ser reubicado en otro centro si se considera imprescindible.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Las medidas previstas en esta Resoluci\u00f3n <strong>tendr\u00e1n vigencia hasta las 00.00 horas del pr\u00f3ximo 30 de marzo de 2020<\/strong>. Los acuerdos adoptados <strong>podr\u00e1n ser variados o modificados<\/strong> en funci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n y de las nuevas disposiciones que se puedan adoptar.
