{"id":60964,"date":"2020-03-18T17:50:39","date_gmt":"2020-03-18T17:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=60964"},"modified":"2020-03-18T17:50:39","modified_gmt":"2020-03-18T17:50:39","slug":"javier-pastor-el-decreto-tiene-flecos-que-perfilar-sobre-los-autonomos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/javier-pastor-el-decreto-tiene-flecos-que-perfilar-sobre-los-autonomos\/","title":{"rendered":"Javier Pastor &#8220;el decreto tiene flecos que perfilar sobre los aut\u00f3nomos&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los aut\u00f3nomos aseguran que <strong>el Gobierno Central ha dado un paso adelante en aprobar el Real Decreto<\/strong> que anunci\u00f3 ayer el Presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sanchez, destinado a <strong>impulsar medidas econ\u00f3micas que palien la crisis<\/strong> decretada por la situaci\u00f3n del Coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En COPE ALCOY hemos hablado este mi\u00e9rcoles con\u00a0<strong>la Uni\u00f3 de Professionals i Treballadors Aut\u00f2noms del Pa\u00eds Valenci\u00e0 (UPTA)<\/strong> y desde el colectivo aseguran que <strong>todav\u00eda existen algunos flecos que perfilar en el documento<\/strong> que ya ha entrado en vigor. Adem\u00e1s destaca que s<strong>e tendr\u00e1n que realizar m\u00e1s modificaciones en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas<\/strong> y valoran positivamente las medidas contempladas para <strong>flexibilizar el cese de actividad<\/strong> por las consecuencias del Covid-19. En este sentido indican que aquellos aut\u00f3nomos\u00a0que <strong>se ven obligados a cerrar<\/strong> durante el Estado de Alarma, as\u00ed como aquellos que vean mermados sus ingresos de forma considerable, <strong>van a poder acogerse a la citada modalidad de cese de actividad<\/strong> &#8220;<em>con esto podr\u00e1n cobrar el 70% en funci\u00f3n de la base de cotizaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como si est\u00e1n al corriente del pago de la cuota y estaban dados de alta en la Seguridad Social cuando entr\u00f3 en vigor el Estado de Alarma.
