{"id":60277,"date":"2020-02-25T12:03:44","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T12:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=60277"},"modified":"2020-02-25T12:03:44","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T12:03:44","slug":"abre-la-oficina-de-atencion-y-rehabilitacion-del-centro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/abre-la-oficina-de-atencion-y-rehabilitacion-del-centro\/","title":{"rendered":"Abre la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Centro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este martes ha abierto <strong>la\u00a0Oficina de\u00a0Atenci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Centro de Alcoy<\/strong> para <strong>atender a los vecinos<\/strong>, especialmente, <strong>en materia de urbanismo, arquitectura, obras, patrimonio y solares<\/strong> existentes en el barrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Oficina <strong>estar\u00e1 situada en la calle Sant Lloren\u00e7 6 primer piso<\/strong> y estar\u00e1 formada por<strong> un administrativo y una\u00a0trabajadora\u00a0social<\/strong> que centralizar\u00e1n toda la informaci\u00f3n para<strong> orientar<\/strong> de la mejor manera posible a la ciudadan\u00eda &#8220;<em>hemos detectado que hay, muchas veces, desconocimiento entre la ciudadan\u00eda de donde acudir para obtener informaci\u00f3n o resolver dudas as\u00ed como para acceder a algunos departamentos repartidos por el edificio de la Casa Consistorial. Muchos vecinos del centro son personas mayores a los que se los hace cuesta arriba preguntar o plantear sus problemas, por lo que hemos decidido crear una oficina espec\u00edfica para atenderlos, ofreci\u00e9ndoles informaci\u00f3n en el mismo momento o tomar nota de sus datos y la problem\u00e1tica que presentan para darles respuesta en un corto plazo de tiempo<\/em>&#8220;, afirma la edil de vivienda; <strong>Mar\u00eda Baca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy informan tambi\u00e9n que <strong>se han detectado problemas estructurales graves en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>. En este sentido <strong>se efectu\u00f3 la demolici\u00f3n de un total de 3 fincas<\/strong> declaradas en ruina inminente. Las <strong>dos primeras fincas<\/strong> eran dos edificios contiguos ubicados en la calle Sant Mateu con Placeta les Eres y <strong>la otra finca<\/strong> estaba situada en la calle Sant Joan.
