{"id":60099,"date":"2020-02-21T14:02:57","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T14:02:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=60099"},"modified":"2020-02-21T14:02:57","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T14:02:57","slug":"el-pp-quiere-informacion-sobre-el-puente-de-serelles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-quiere-informacion-sobre-el-puente-de-serelles\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP quiere informaci\u00f3n sobre el puente de Serelles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0 <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong> ha informado que <strong>el juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo n\u00famero 2 de Alicante<\/strong> ha suspendido el proceso para adjudicar <strong>la construcci\u00f3n del puente de acceso<\/strong> a la urbanizaci\u00f3n de Serelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares detallan que el juzgado<strong> ha acordado medidas cautelares<\/strong> a la espera de que <strong>el Tribunal Superior de Justicia<\/strong> resuelva el recurso del Ayuntamiento a la sentencia que anul\u00f3 la adjudicaci\u00f3n de la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto. Recordar que meses atr\u00e1s <strong>el juzgado detect\u00f3 una baja temeraria en la oferta ganadora<\/strong> ya que la empresa adjudicataria <strong>se hizo con el contrato por 75.000 euros<\/strong>, la mitad del precio inicial. Esta sentencia <strong>instaba al Ayuntamiento a adjudicar la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto a la empresa demandante<\/strong>, que ahora ha conseguido la suspensi\u00f3n cautelar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El PP lamenta<strong> la gesti\u00f3n que ha realizado el Ejecutivo Socialista ante esta cuesti\u00f3n<\/strong> y les acusa de <strong>poner trabas a la oposici\u00f3n<\/strong> para acceder al expediente del proyecto &#8220;<em>hemos seguido todo el proceso durante meses y, de repente, el alcalde ha optado por esconder la informaci\u00f3n e impedir la tarea de la oposici\u00f3n. El PSOE fue negligente, irresponsable y temerario\u00a0al sacar a concurso una obra basada en un proyecto anulado por los tribunales.
