{"id":59427,"date":"2020-01-31T12:01:01","date_gmt":"2020-01-31T12:01:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=59427"},"modified":"2020-01-31T12:01:01","modified_gmt":"2020-01-31T12:01:01","slug":"el-pp-defiende-su-gestion-urbanistica-en-el-centro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-defiende-su-gestion-urbanistica-en-el-centro\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP defiende su gesti\u00f3n urban\u00edstica en el Centro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong> resalta <strong>la labor realizada por la renovaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del Centro hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> durante su mandato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ex concejal de Urbanismo y actualmente diputado auton\u00f3mico, <strong>Fernando Pastor<\/strong>, enumera <strong>hasta 50 proyectos<\/strong> ejecutados en el barrio <strong>entre julio de 2000 y mayo de 2011.<\/strong>\u00a0De estos cabe destacar, entre otros; la rehabilitaci\u00f3n integral del Mercado de San Mateo o la Pla\u00e7a de Dins,<strong> la reurbanizaci\u00f3n de las calles Sardina, Casablanca o Pintor Casanova<\/strong>, la apertura de la calle Don Sim\u00f3n en la Plaza de Espa\u00f1a, <strong>la puesta en marcha de la Inspecci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Edificios (ITE)<\/strong> como herramienta de control del estado de los inmuebles del casco hist\u00f3rico, <strong>la recuperaci\u00f3n integral de restos de muralla<\/strong> y conjunto patrimonial del Portal de San Roc o la construcci\u00f3n de la Escola d`Art i Disseny en las ruinas del antiguo colegio Verge del Lliris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Partido Popular <strong>lamentan que el PSOE les culpe de los problemas que sufre actualmente el Centro de la ciudad<\/strong> y retan a los socialistas a <strong>dar a conocer las actuaciones<\/strong> que ellos han realizado en sus m\u00e1s de ocho a\u00f1os al frente del Gobierno Municipal para recuperar esta barriada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Partido Popular de Alcoy resalta la labor realizada por la renovaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del Centro hist\u00f3rico durante su mandato&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":12275,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,79],"tags":[295,1942,7063,448,452,7064],"class_list":["post-59427","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-politicayeconomia","tag-centro","tag-fernando-pastor","tag-gestion-urbanistica","tag-partido-popular","tag-proyectos","tag-recuperacion-barriada"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
