{"id":58832,"date":"2020-01-14T12:00:28","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T12:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/?p=58832"},"modified":"2020-01-14T12:00:28","modified_gmt":"2020-01-14T12:00:28","slug":"el-pp-denuncia-el-retraso-en-la-construccion-el-bulevar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-denuncia-el-retraso-en-la-construccion-el-bulevar\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP denuncia el retraso en la construcci\u00f3n el bulevar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong> denuncia <strong>el retraso<\/strong> que acumula el proyecto para<strong> la construcci\u00f3n del Bulevar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los populares alcoyanos explican que el Gobierno Local del PSOE <strong>todav\u00eda no ha sacado a concurso la redacci\u00f3n de un proyecto pendiente desde 1995<\/strong> y \u00a0que se comprometi\u00f3 a retomar en 2016. El portavoz del PP, <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>, apunta que el alcalde, Antonio Franc\u00e9s; prometi\u00f3 a finales de 2017 a los vecinos del Ensanche <strong>que en 2018 estar\u00eda definido el proyecto y que en 2019 comenzar\u00edan las obras<\/strong>; algo que todav\u00eda <strong>no se ha producido<\/strong> a pesar de estar ya a principios del 2020. Ruiz <strong>defiende el proyecto planteado por los vecinos<\/strong>, partidarios de que el bulevar tenga un solo carril por sentido y un carril bici, y remarca que a propuesta del PP, <strong>el anteproyecto introdujo tres rotondas<\/strong> para mejorar la distribuci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico en todo el trazado &#8220;<em>tememos que los socialistas\u00a0<\/em><span lang=\"ES\"><em>traten de dilatar el proyecto para no deshacer a corto plazo los trabajos en la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo carril bici y evidenciar que ha habido una gran descoordinaci\u00f3n. Da la sensaci\u00f3n de que el Gobierno del PSOE trata de alargar todos los tr\u00e1mites para no evidenciar su incapacidad para conseguir fondos con los que pagar el proyecto<\/em>&#8220;, indica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el PP indican que\u00a0que, seg\u00fan el anteproyecto, <strong>la obra costar\u00e1 9 millones de euros<\/strong> y remarcan que su formaci\u00f3n <span lang=\"ES\">ya alert\u00f3 de que <strong>una parte del eje ciclopeatonal<\/strong> coincid\u00eda con el trazado del futuro bulevar.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Partido Popular de Alcoy denuncia el retraso que acumula el proyecto para la construcci\u00f3n del Bulevar.
