{"id":57457,"date":"2019-11-26T15:22:16","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T15:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=57457"},"modified":"2019-11-26T15:22:16","modified_gmt":"2019-11-26T15:22:16","slug":"guanyar-reclama-al-gobierno-local-medidas-reales-de-conciliacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/guanyar-reclama-al-gobierno-local-medidas-reales-de-conciliacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Guanyar reclama al Gobierno Local medidas reales de conciliaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guanyar Alcoi ha denunciado que <strong>el Gobierno Local del PSOE ha negado a los trabajadores del Ayuntamiento<\/strong> de \u00a0nuestra ciudad la posibilidad de <strong>acogerse a una medida<\/strong> en la que se contempla que los empleados municipales<strong> pueden reducirse una hora diaria<\/strong> <strong>para atender necesidades de cuidados<\/strong>, a pesar de las reclamaciones de los propios trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La plataforma se\u00f1ala que se trata de <strong>una nueva regulaci\u00f3n aprobada el pasado mes de marzo por la Generalitat Valenciana<\/strong> y asegura que con esta situaci\u00f3n <strong>se abre la puerta a posibles procesos contenciosos<\/strong> que supondr\u00e1n <strong>un desgaste personal y econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> para los trabajadores as\u00ed como <strong>para la ciudad<\/strong> en el caso de que el resultado sea desfavorable para el Ayuntamiento &#8220;<em>es demasiado evidente que desde el Gobierno de Toni Franc\u00e9s se hace muchas veces una pol\u00edtica pensando s\u00f3lo en quedar bien, publicando lo que dicen que har\u00e1n, pero que luego a la hora de la verdad no acaba de ser del todo real. Reclamamos que se imponga la cordura y que asuman esta demanda de los trabajadores del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy; no queremos que tengan menos derechos que los trabajadores de otros Ayuntamientos.
