Los mismos persiguen<strong> promover h\u00e1bitos saludables<\/strong> como comer frutas y verduras todos los d\u00edas, desayunar antes de ir a clase o beber mucha agua. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>se recomienda evitar el sedentarismo<\/strong>, no pasar demasiado tiempo <strong>frente a la pantalla<\/strong> y dormir suficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El edil de Salud P\u00fablica y Deportes en el Consistorio alcoyano, <strong>Miguel Juan Reig<\/strong>, ha asegurado que con estas iniciativas el Consistorio<strong> pone su granito de arena para luchar contra la obesidad infantil<\/strong> &#8220;<em>seg\u00fan la Encuesta Nacional de Salud, un 9,23% de los menores es obeso y un 16,36% sufre sobrepeso.
