En esta ocasi\u00f3n ha sido coorganizado por <strong>el Campus de Alcoy de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Valencia (UPV)<\/strong>. La Sala de Grados Roberto Garc\u00eda Pay\u00e1 y la Sala Multiusos del Campus <strong>han acogido las distintas actividades<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan la organizaci\u00f3n, en el evento se han inscrito <strong>cerca de 40 profesionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inauguraci\u00f3n ha sido presentada por <strong>la jefatura de estudios del Campus<\/strong>, Bego\u00f1a Cant\u00f3. A continuaci\u00f3n ha dado la palabra a <strong>Manuel Exp\u00f3sito<\/strong>, Presidente del Comit\u00e9 Organizador; <strong>Miquel Lorente<\/strong>, Director General de Econom\u00eda Sostenible, y <strong>Alberto Belda<\/strong>, concejal de Empresa y Empleo del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manuel Exp\u00f3sito <strong>indica<\/strong> que &#8220;<em>es una oportunidad para el campus poder organizar un evento como este con la relevancia que tiene para nuestro territorio. La valoraci\u00f3n evidentemente es positiva, para que los asistentes han sido, no s\u00f3lo de la parte acad\u00e9mica, sino tambi\u00e9n de la parte institucional<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IV Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sector textil <strong>fue uno de los primeros motores de la industrializaci\u00f3n en Valencia<\/strong> y uno de los de <strong>mayor peso econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> hasta mediados del siglo pasado. M\u00e1s recientemente, <strong>el sector experiment\u00f3 una importante reconversi\u00f3n<\/strong> para adaptarse al nuevo entorno internacional caracterizado por <strong>la creciente globalizaci\u00f3n de las actividades<\/strong> y <strong>la irrupci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses emergentes<\/strong>. Esta p\u00e9rdida de peso econ\u00f3mico se agrav\u00f3 con <strong>la profunda crisis<\/strong> que se sufri\u00f3 en 2008 y a\u00f1os posteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El actual <strong>Cl\u00faster Textil Valenciano<\/strong> va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del sector en sentido estricto, englobando <strong>toda una serie de actividades diversas<\/strong> pero interrelacionadas en un \u00e1mbito territorial bastante bien definido. De hecho, el Cl\u00faster <strong>est\u00e1 altamente concentrado geogr\u00e1ficamente<\/strong>\u00a0ya que dos comarcas como <strong>la Vall d&#8217;Albaida y l&#8217;Alcoi\u00e0-Comtat<\/strong> recogen gran parte del empleo total.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera parte de la jornada ha servido para presentar d<strong>iferentes investigaciones vinculadas a las tierras valencianas<\/strong>.
