{"id":55231,"date":"2019-09-26T12:15:45","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T12:15:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=55231"},"modified":"2019-09-26T12:15:45","modified_gmt":"2019-09-26T12:15:45","slug":"el-pp-no-comparte-la-gestion-del-psoe-en-el-proyecto-de-rodes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-no-comparte-la-gestion-del-psoe-en-el-proyecto-de-rodes\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP no comparte la gesti\u00f3n del PSOE en el proyecto de Rodes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">El <strong>Partido Popular de Alcoy<\/strong> acusa de &#8220;<em>nefasta gesti\u00f3n&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0al <strong>Gobierno Local del PSOE<\/strong> en el proyecto de<strong> rehabilitaci\u00f3n de las antiguas industrias<\/strong> de la <strong>Manzana de Rodes<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Los populares consideran una &#8220;<em>burla&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0que, tras ocho a\u00f1os al frente de la Alcald\u00eda y la presentaci\u00f3n de hasta <strong>dos proyectos distintos,\u00a0<\/strong>con un coste de 22.000 euros, el PSOE <strong>convoque un nuevo concurso<\/strong> para obtener una iniciativa de recuperaci\u00f3n de la zona. Para <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>, portavoz del PP en el Ayuntamiento de Alcoy, <strong>el caso de Rodes es un claro ejemplo del paradigma de trabajo del Gobierno Socialista de Alcoy<\/strong> basado en anunciar una idea, repetirla continuamente durante a\u00f1os y no hacer nada por ejecutarla &#8220;l<em>levamos dos legislaturas de ocurrencias, con continuos cambios de rumbo en un proyecto que debe ser clave para Alcoy. La realidad es que en ocho a\u00f1os solo se ha apuntalado el edificio y se ha retrasado al m\u00e1ximo cualquier intervenci\u00f3n de fondo<\/em>&#8220;, afirma. Adem\u00e1s indica, con sorpresa, que en <strong>el pr\u00f3ximo concurso<\/strong> que va a convocar el Ayuntamiento para encargar la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto, <strong>el ganador<\/strong> se adjudicar\u00e1 un premio de 12.100 euros y un contrato de 475.000 euros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo desde el PP indican que <strong>el primer proyecto de Rodes<\/strong>, surgido de un concurso de ideas, lo<span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0firm\u00f3 <strong>el arquitecto Isaac Montava<\/strong>. Su trabajo, recuerdan, qued\u00f3 reflejado en la famosa maqueta que durante a\u00f1os presidi\u00f3 el zagu\u00e1n del Ayuntamiento. Adem\u00e1s sobre <strong>el segundo proyecto<\/strong> detallan que fue anunciado\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">a finales del a\u00f1o pasado, <strong>correspondi\u00f3 a una empresa sueca<\/strong>.
