{"id":54938,"date":"2019-09-17T13:51:40","date_gmt":"2019-09-17T13:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=54938"},"modified":"2019-09-17T13:51:40","modified_gmt":"2019-09-17T13:51:40","slug":"cocentaina-estrena-edicion-de-sus-jornadas-de-sostenibilidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/cocentaina-estrena-edicion-de-sus-jornadas-de-sostenibilidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocentaina estrena edici\u00f3n de sus Jornadas de Sostenibilidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cocentaina inicia este martes <strong>la cuarta edici\u00f3n<\/strong> de sus <strong>Jornadas de Sostenibilidad<\/strong>, un evento que este a\u00f1o llegar\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 6 de octubre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El certamen <strong>ser\u00e1 inaugurado a las siete de la tarde<\/strong> de hoy en la <strong>Casa de la Joventut<\/strong> en presencia de la Directora General de Pol\u00edtica Agraria Comuna de la Generalitat Valenciana, <strong>Mar\u00eda Teresa Ch\u00e0fer<\/strong>, junto a la alcaldesa de la Villa Condal <strong>(Mireia Estepa)<\/strong> y la concejala de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento contestano <strong>(Eugenia Miguel)<\/strong>. A partir de ese instante se desarrollar\u00e1n <strong>diferentes charlas<\/strong> centradas en la agricultura sostenible, la gastronom\u00eda saludable la bio-econom\u00eda, el cambio clim\u00e1tico o el Plan Local de Prevenci\u00f3n de Incendios Forestales que impartir\u00e1n en esta ocasi\u00f3n <strong>Josep Rosell\u00f3<\/strong> (Servei de Producci\u00f3 Ecol\u00f2gica de la Conselleria d\u2019 Agricultura),<strong> Josep Bernab\u00e9u<\/strong> (Director del Centre de Gastronom\u00eda del Mediterrani. Universitat d\u2019Alacant) y <strong>David Belda<\/strong> (Ingeniero Forestal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al margen de esto se ha previsto <strong>una mesa redonda<\/strong> para el 18 de septiembre sobre <strong>las experiencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de sostenibilidad<\/strong> que ir\u00e1 seguida de <strong>una degustaci\u00f3n<\/strong> sobre productos cultivados en los <strong>Huertos Urbanos l\u2019Alcavonet<\/strong> de Cocentaina. Dentro de estas Jornadas de Sostenibilidad se incluyen tambi\u00e9n actividades con motivo del <strong>D\u00eda sin coche<\/strong>, una jornada te\u00f3rico pr\u00e1ctica el lunes 23 de septiembre a cargo de la nutricionista <strong>Nieves Carricondo<\/strong> sobre la educaci\u00f3n desde la alimentaci\u00f3n, <strong>proyecciones de documentales<\/strong> y una propuesta sobre <strong>el voluntariado ambiental<\/strong> consistente en limpiar el r\u00edo Serpis que partir\u00e1 del Palau Comtal el s\u00e1bado 28 de septiembre a las nueve de la ma\u00f1ana.
