{"id":54883,"date":"2019-09-02T14:57:08","date_gmt":"2019-09-02T14:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=54883"},"modified":"2019-09-02T14:57:08","modified_gmt":"2019-09-02T14:57:08","slug":"rrhh-negativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/rrhh-negativo\/","title":{"rendered":"RRHH negativo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Art\u00edculo de Opini\u00f3n de Marcos Mart\u00ednez, edil de Cs Alcoy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando se hizo p\u00fablica la dimisi\u00f3n del jefe de urgencias del hospital Virgen de los Lirios, tras el colapso del servicio, empez\u00e1bamos a vislumbrar la punta del iceberg de un serio problema de falta de personal a todos los niveles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hace ya cuatro a\u00f1os que se vienen observando problemas que afectan a los profesionales, m\u00e9dicos que renuncian a su plaza o piden el traslado a otros centros, as\u00ed como numerosas discrepancias con la direcci\u00f3n del centro. A esto, hay que a\u00f1adir ahora los retrasos en la atenci\u00f3n o de cabecera, con esperas de hasta dos semanas para ser atendido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este problema, sin embargo, no es exclusivo de Alcoy, sino que se extiende por toda la Comunitat Valenciana. Y el Consell, por su parte, lo achaca a la dificultad de contratar personal cualificado. \u00bfQu\u00e9 condiciones ofrece el Consell para estas contrataciones? Al parecer son nefastas. \u00bfNo habr\u00eda que revisar el sistema para evitar esta situaci\u00f3n? \u00bfEl requisito ling\u00fc\u00edstico no se les estar\u00e1 comiendo por los pies? Evidentemente lo de rescatar personas, pese a ser su lema, es su asignatura pendiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00f1adimos adem\u00e1s, el retraso en la reforma de la planta de pediatr\u00eda del hospital alcoyano, otra vez por la pol\u00edtica de contrataciones (en este caso, en otro \u00e1mbito), de esta reedici\u00f3n del Bot\u00e0nic. Eso s\u00ed, en la colocaci\u00f3n sus altos cargos y asesores est\u00e1n al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la pasada legislatura ya sufrieron esta deficiencia nuestros centros de mayores, sin que se hiciera absolutamente nada hasta que los trabajadores se vieron obligados a movilizarse y la oposici\u00f3n les sacara los colores a los poderes p\u00fablicos.
