{"id":54172,"date":"2019-08-07T16:42:52","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T16:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=54172"},"modified":"2019-08-07T16:42:52","modified_gmt":"2019-08-07T16:42:52","slug":"el-ivace-retomara-los-estudios-de-viabilidad-del-poligono-mancomunado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-ivace-retomara-los-estudios-de-viabilidad-del-poligono-mancomunado\/","title":{"rendered":"El IVACE retomar\u00e1 los estudios de viabilidad del Pol\u00edgono Mancomunado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Conselleria de Econom\u00eda Sostenible<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del <strong>IVACE<\/strong>, retomar\u00e1 <strong>los estudios de viabilidad<\/strong> para determinar si es posible <strong>instalar en Muro el Pol\u00edgono Industrial Mancomunado<\/strong>, m\u00e1s concretamente en el sector <strong>PI2<\/strong> que ofrece este municipio del Comtat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Conseller <strong>Rafael Climent<\/strong> se refiri\u00f3 a esta cuesti\u00f3n semanas atr\u00e1s en COPE ALCOY e indic\u00f3 <strong>la importancia de que las comarcas del Comtat y de l&#8217;Alcoi\u00e0<\/strong> vayan unidas de la mano para <strong>ofrecer suelo industrial de calidad<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s indic\u00f3 que tras las Elecciones Municipales del pasado 26 de mayo, que provocaron cambios de color pol\u00edtico en algunos Ayuntamientos, <strong>se seguir\u00e1 con el proceso para que el IVACE y los t\u00e9cnicos de la Mancomunitat estudien todas las opciones del futuro Pol\u00edgono Comarcal<\/strong> &#8220;<em>hay que hacer los estudios oportunos para conocer cuestiones urban\u00edsticas del suelo industrial en el que se quiere ubicar el proyecto, las comunicaciones, el tipo de \u00e1rea industrial que se quiere crear para que est\u00e9 dotada de las m\u00e1s nuevas tecnolog\u00edas o la demanda que tendr\u00e1 esta infraestructura a corto y largo plazo<\/em>&#8220;, manifest\u00f3 el Conseller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indicar que\u00a0<strong>las conclusiones<\/strong> que se obtengan, como ya avanz\u00f3 el IVACE el pasado mes de abril, \u00a0<strong>ser\u00e1n tenidas en cuenta para la toma de decisiones<\/strong> previas al <strong>desarrollo definitivo del Pol\u00edgono Industrial Mancomunado<\/strong>\u00a0pero que en ning\u00fan caso se trata de un instrumento urban\u00edstico ni de un documento vinculante.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Conselleria de Econom\u00eda Sostenible, a trav\u00e9s del IVACE, retomar\u00e1 los estudios de viabilidad para determinar si es posible instalar&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":31151,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97,75,125],"tags":[7512,9105,1503,9106],"class_list":["post-54172","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alcoy","category-noticias","category-portada","tag-conselleria-economia-sostenible","tag-estudios-viabilidad","tag-ivace","tag-poligono-industrial-mancomunado"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
