{"id":54167,"date":"2019-08-07T16:36:15","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T16:36:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/copealcoi.es\/?p=54167"},"modified":"2019-08-07T16:36:15","modified_gmt":"2019-08-07T16:36:15","slug":"el-pp-responde-al-psoe-sobre-la-sentencia-de-la-reparcelacion-de-un-inmueble-del-centro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.copealcoy.es\/es\/el-pp-responde-al-psoe-sobre-la-sentencia-de-la-reparcelacion-de-un-inmueble-del-centro\/","title":{"rendered":"El PP responde al PSOE sobre la sentencia de la reparcelaci\u00f3n de un inmueble del Centro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portavoz del Partido Popular de Alcoy, <strong>Quique Ruiz<\/strong>, ha rechazado l<strong>as cr\u00edticas del Gobierno Local del PSOE<\/strong> a ra\u00edz de <strong>la sentencia<\/strong> que obliga a <strong>indemnizar al propietario de un inmueble<\/strong> afectado por el proyecto de recuperaci\u00f3n de la zona baja del Centro hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruiz <strong>ha acusado al Gobierno<\/strong> de &#8220;<em>utilizar una sentencia de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico sobre la valoraci\u00f3n de un edificio, que no es firme y contra la que cabe recurso, para tapar las carencias de gesti\u00f3n que el PP ha puesto de manifiesto en las \u00faltimas semanas<\/em>&#8221; seg\u00fan ha se\u00f1alado en las \u00faltimas horas. Los populares firman tambi\u00e9n que <strong>la edil Lorena Zamorano es la menos indicada para criticar la gesti\u00f3n del Ejecutivo Local del PP<\/strong> puesto que, recuerda Ruiz, <em>&#8220;est\u00e1 imputada por el presunto pago irregular a un funcionario af\u00edn al Gobierno del PSOE; una situaci\u00f3n en la que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 el edil socialista Jordi Mart\u00ednez<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo Quique Ruiz, en su respuesta a Zamorano, ha asegurado que <strong>ning\u00fan concejal del PP<\/strong>, ni del actual Grupo Municipal ni de los anteriores, <strong>permanece imputado por corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong> <em>&#8220;que no utilice mi nombre, al menos mientras permanezca imputada por un presunto delito de malversaci\u00f3n de fondos p\u00fablicos.\u00a0El PSOE gobierna Alcoy desde hace casi una d\u00e9cada.
