Tanto en el <strong>Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles<\/strong>, como en el <strong>Impuesto de Actividades Econ\u00f3micas y el Impuesto de Obras<\/strong>, el PP plantea reducciones a las empresas que se implanten en Alcoy, las que ocupen naves vac\u00edas y las que contraten empleados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las <strong>bonificaciones<\/strong> por crear empleo <strong>pueden alcanzar el 95%<\/strong> en el impuesto de bienes y en el de obras y <strong>hasta el 50%<\/strong> en el de actividades econ\u00f3micas. Hasta el 95% pueden ahorrarse las empresas que se instalen en <strong>suelo industrial vacante<\/strong> &#8220;<em>este tipo de bonificaciones se aplican en otros municipios.
